you cannot beat the location and this boutique hotel is charming with a very attentive staff. So close to the beach and lots of shops that are all walkable. would stay there again for sure!

Really nice place in the heart of Palm Beach. The staff was kind, the room was immaculate, and the snacks/drinks were really nice to have. My only complaint is that the shower took a while to get warm. Otherwise, I would stay again.

Great spot in an excellent location. Tati at the front desk went the extra length answering my many questions about PB and it's offerings.. PBHI is not your typical hotel, but it is perfect for the casual visitor.

The staff very welcoming easy check in the beach is beautiful it’s in a beautiful historic part of Palm beach very much appreciated the complementary snack left out 24 hours and beach towels chairs and towels were a plus also amazing soap, shampoo, conditioner the inn was very quaint and I will definitely book again!

Room climate was controllable and worked seamlessly. Shopping was as expected in the heart of Palm Beach, high end products. Front desk staff was exceptional, very informative and involved with all the lodgers I observed her assisting.

I absolutely loved staying here! It was so clean and quiet, conveniently located. Tati was so sweet and helpful. The breakfast snacks were available all day which was helpful with having a little one with me. Free unlimited waters and a really good coffee shop right next door. I plan on going back each summer and I will stay here every time! For the price I paid, I did not expect it to be this amazing. Oh and there’s a wine shop next door too.
