The staff with Joe Gemma and front desk staff were very courteous, efficient and caring. I traveled with four handicapped elderly relatives and they win beyond accommodating to make sure that not only were they comfortable, but that I was taken care of. I will definitely come back over and over again, and have already recommended it to several of my friends from out of state that will be traveling to Palm Springs to other parts of California.
