"Pool was dirty, everything was eroding and old. Extremely different from the photos. Very small. Ran out of towels every day. Rooms were old, smelled like piss and they had pop up shops in all the rooms around me and my kids. So people coming in from the street to these pop up shops right next to my room. Was not even aware that hotels did this type of thing…! WTH? Not a “safe” feel for a mom with two little kids trying to vacation. Whole place was just updated and over priced. "

"This was the perfect spot for our 2026 spring break trip. There was more than enough room for my entire family of 8. The kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub & pool table. We enjoyed watching movies on the enormous TV in the main living room & bonus room. I have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years & Karen's communication is unmatched by any host! She was absolutely fantastic & extremely prompt to answering any questions I had. Thanks Karen! We will book again."
