Chic and Stylish at The Riv

This chic 2-bed, 2.5 bath modern condo is a unique find.  Located inside the Riv, this spacious unit has a stylish interior, amazing mountain views and its own private courtyard.  This is a 2nd floor unit, with direct mountain views from the living room patio.  The Riv is a gated community located in North Central Palm Springs, adjacent to the Margaritaville Resort. The Riv includes a resort style pool and spa, a poolside fire feature with great seating area, as well as some community outdoor grills.
