Everyone was friendly, polite and respectful. But at the end there was a new young girl with attitude, she would be rude to our face with a smile. But otherwise the stay was so relaxing and pleasant. Loved every one and had a great time with them!!

I really enjoyed my stay at The Dive. The location was great for exploring both Palm Springs and Palm Desert, and the property itself was charming and full of character. A special shout out to Michelle, who was incredibly helpful and made the experience even better. There were a few things that could be improved. The property was sometimes a bit dirty in the mornings from the previous day’s activity, and the continental breakfast was disappointing. It consisted mostly of inexpensive grocery store items, and I would not recommend eating breakfast there. Overall, though, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning because of the great location, cute property, and excellent customer service.

This place is a little jewel, pool area is comfy and welcoming, my room was beautifully decorated and had everything needed: a nice little cute fridge, super nice shower and shower products, the bed was very comfortable with very nnice linen sheets and shams. The staff welcomed me with a glass of rose. A nice simple breakfast is included in the price. Dive PS will be my go-to hotel whenever I need a hotel in PS.

The hotel makes a strong first impression with its attractive design and peaceful location, which creates a relaxing atmosphere from the start. One standout amenity is the pool, which is open 24/7 and conveniently located right in front of most rooms. That said, the stay also highlighted some operational challenges. We arrived after 6 p.m. due to traffic and found that there was no staff on site at that hour, which made check-in and issue resolution less convenient. During our stay, we unfortunately found a dead roach in our room. To the hotel’s credit, the team was responsive by text and kindly upgraded us to another room, which we appreciated. However, we later noticed another roach near the pool area. Overall, the property has a lot of appeal in terms of aesthetics, setting, and amenities, but the limited on-site staffing and cleanliness concerns affected the experience.

Boutique Hotel extraordinaire

I found Dive by searching through Hotels.com and figured it would be a quaint boutique hotel - we weren't disappointed, it exceeded our expectations! Very friendly and helpful employees!! With only 11 rooms it was the perfect French-style Boutique Hotel, meticulously maintained. Of course, having near perfect weather was just icing on the cake.

Such a cute little pet-friendly property with gorgeous decor, a fabulous pool and hot tub area and lots of meaningful touches throughout that really made for a great stay like breakfast, parking, toiletries and even a little goody bag for our pup. Location was super convenient to downtown Palm Springs while still being away from the hustle and bustle so it was very quiet and peaceful. The pool area was open 24 hours but there were also quiet hours from 9pm onwards so it was perfect as we were looking for a more relaxing getaway rather than a place to party. Our room was spacious and comfortable and since it was tucked away from the main area it also had a private patio area which we loved.

Excellent Boutique Hotel

Very welcoming. Very cozy. Unique — but in a great way. I checked in, grabbed a complimentary glass of Rose and sat in one of their lawn swings. Very relaxing all around. Very clean. Rooms were unique, and the experience was very calming and quaint.

Awesome little spot

Amazing attentive staff. especially Robert. I was given a bicycle with no hassle and had it all evening with no pressure to hurry back. The grounds are super pretty with lovely details and the breakfast was fantastic. I did have a robe that was pretty dirty but it was taken away swiftly and the only other thing I would say is that maybe the lounger cushions could use a little update. The black stripes on the loungers get really really hot so watch out!
