The Space
This 1,024 sq. ft. first-floor condo features a welcoming open layout that's as functional as it is fun. The living area includes a plush black leather sofa set, large flat-screen TV, and bright art that brings the Palm Springs vibe inside. Just off the living room, the kitchen is well-equipped for extended stays with granite countertops, modern cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and a 4-person dining table. Step outside to the private patio for morning coffee or sunset dinners with mountain views.

Sleeping Arrangements
• Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, en suite bath with walk-in shower, large closet
• Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, full bath with custom tile shower
Both bedrooms have A/C, ample storage, and cozy linens for a restful desert sleep.

Nestled in a quiet, gated community in South Palm Springs, Hidden Oasis is only minutes from popular spots like Palm Canyon Drive, the Aerial Tramway, and Moorten Botanical Garden. The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable, offering the perfect balance between seclusion and convenience.

Utility Surcharge
For stays of 28 nights or longer starting June 1st and ending September 30th, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. This is NOT included in the amount being paid at the time of booking. It will be requested prior to your arrival.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay):
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
