Showcased during Modernism Week Fall 2024, this light-filled home blends timeless design with modern luxury for a truly elevated stay in the heart of the desert.

Located just 1.5 miles from downtown Palm Springs and the airport, you’re only minutes from top-rated restaurants, art galleries, vintage shops, and iconic local attractions. Despite its central location, The Firebird is nestled within a peaceful, gated community of only 30 residences, offering a quiet retreat away from the buzz.

Inside, you’ll find authentic Mid-Century furnishings, vibrant custom artwork, and a fresh, airy atmosphere. The modern kitchen is outfitted with sleek European cabinetry, professional-grade appliances, and a spacious island perfect for both meal prep and entertaining. Enjoy dining for four indoors or step outside to the private patio for al fresco meals with views of the meticulously landscaped grounds, sparkling community pool and spa, and striking palm tree and mountain scenery.

Each bedroom is uniquely styled and designed for comfort, featuring HD Smart TVs, hotel-quality linens, and plush king and queen mattresses. The primary suite includes a seating area, a work desk, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, and private access to a serene outdoor atrium surrounded by desert landscaping and ambient lighting.

Guests have access to the heated community pool and spa, along with covered garage parking for one vehicle. The HOA limits guest stays to 30 days or longer, helping preserve the peaceful, respectful environment that makes Firebird Estates such a special place to stay.

Perfect Palm Springs Condo!

This was our third stay at this property and every time is wonderful. Jason, the host is always friendly and quick to respond with any questions we’ve had. The property is just as pictured, beautiful, everything very comfortable and well equipped with a beautiful view. It’s possible to walk to the grocery store and a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. Love that the pool is heated to a perfect temperature. The Firebird is really a great complex and we enjoyed our neighbors. Highly recommend!

Perfect Palm Springs getaway!

Absolutely loved this condo! Beautiful views of landscaping, mountains and pool with excellent patio and outdoor sitting area. Wonderfully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, adorable decor throughout! Jason was great to work with, very responsive and kind. Would highly recommend!

Mid-Century Paradise in Palm Springs

Absolutely love this property! This was our second stay at this condo in the Firebird Estates in Palm Springs and we've booked for next year as well. The view of the mountains from the condo is stunning. The place is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The appliances are top end and it is well equipped in every regard. Jason, the owner is very responsive and friendly and his property manager is as well. The swimming pool is kept at a perfect warm temperature for our March visit. The neighbors are all very friendly and there is just a great vibe to the place. It is also walking distance to Ralph's grocery store, along with some other smaller shops and dining places. Highly recommend!

Attractive Townhouse in the Desert

We enjoyed our Fireside Estate stay! Close to all our favorite places ~ Koffi, Modern Design District, downtown restaurants and golf. Highly recommend this very nice accommodation with engaging and responsive owners.

Stunning Condo, Friendly Complex, Great Location

We had a very enjoyable stay at the condo. It is a beautifully remodeled property and well stocked - yoga mats, pool noodles, pool towels - a lot of helpful amenities. The location of the complex is great - close to stores and restaurants, Demuth Park and several golf courses, quick trip to downtown PS and easy walk to the cultural center for the Farmer's Market. We have rented a lot of condos in the area but we think that the other owners/guests at this complex were by far the most friendly. We enjoyed meeting people at the pool and evenings in the spa. Communication with Jason was easy throughout the stay. We would highly recommend the property and would not hesitate to return.

Best PS experience

This rental at Firebird had everything we needed during January to enjoy the beautiful PS weather. The location was perfect and Jason was always responsive to any e-mails. We prepared most meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, W/D and plenty of parking space. I would stay here again.

Cool & chic!

Jason’s mid-century style condo has everything you need for a great stay in Palm Springs. The space itself is decorated beautifully (loved the art!) and has all the amenities you need for an extended stay. As for location, you can’t beat it as it’s conveniently located near downtown shops and restaurants, plus a short walking distance to Ralph’s supermarket and a Starbucks. Jason was a great host and very responsive to a couple questions that I had during my stay. In closing, if you’re lucky enough to see this condo with open dates, then I say look no further and book it fast.

Fabulous home base for all thee as t the desert has to offer

My mom and I stayed here for 3 months while getting to know the area. She wasn’t sure I had made a good choice before we arrived. At the end of our stay, she was unhappy about leaving to move into another great unit just over a mile away. The location was great in terms of everything with groceries and pharmacy a block away. The neighbors were friendly and grounds well maintained. Playful humming birds zipped by us daily. Jack rabbits ventured out around sunset and we even spied an occasional roadrunner. Great mountain View’s with stunning sunsets at least a couple of nights a week. The unit itself has been beautifully remodeled abe was a design inspiration. It looked exactly like the pics. The owners were responsive and available throughout the reservation process and during our stay. I’d recommend it to anyone I know without hesitation.

Palm Springs - Work Trip

Gorgeous place with stunning views and decorated perfectly! Very friendly neighbors yet very private. The back atrium is a great place to relax and unwind (100% private - beautiful at night with soft lighting on the walls). The appliances are very up to date and everything was well stocked. +Wonderful hosts! Phenomenal stay! We hope to stay here again!

Very handsome mid-century modern decor, we ll maintained and very comfortable

Everything worked out well. Our only real negative was the lack of any covered parking - and we arrived there in the middle of July! The condo cooling worked very well though. Comfortable beds and furnishings, modern appliances, pool close by, all made for a very pleasant 3-month stay.
