Charming MCM home we believe was built by the Meiselman brothers, located in the former best-kept-secret neighborhood of Sunrise Park. Lovingly updated but keeping its 1957 authenticity & charm. A spacious living room with vaulted beamed ceilings & terrazzo tile floors encompass the floating stone corner fireplace. The kitchen retains its vintage appeal with butter yellow appliances. West facing sliders open to lanai and patio with sparkling pool and beautiful mountain views. PS#067648
This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is a modernism enthusiasts dream. Original features throughout including the original kitchen and bath tiles. Herman Miller furnishings throughout provide the ultimate accompaniments to this home.
Setting foot on the home’s terrazzo tile floors, your gaze will immediately be drawn to the views of the pool deck and the gorgeous mountain views. It frames the large living area where the comfortable seating gives you somewhere cozy to enjoy the open corner fireplace, or just take in the surrounding views.
Outside allows you to take in the gorgeous mountain views while availing yourself of the large pool and sun lounges. There’s also an outdoor dining setting for 8 along with additional seating for morning coffee and BBQ for outdoor grilling.

The Guest Room features 2 twin beds (than can be converted to one King bed upon request) with hotel quality mattresses and super soft Brooklinen linens. There’s also a wall mounted TV and ample closet space, plus close access to the hallway bathroom with bath tub and shower combo and its own outdoor access to the backyard and pool.

Parties and events are not permitted.
This home allows a maximum of 4 adults/kids plus 2 additional kids 12 or under.
There are strict noise and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without refund if any of the short term rental rules are violated.
No more than 2 cars may be parked at this home during your stay.
NO amplified music is allowed outside by the pool or anywhere else outside, and all music must be contained within the home and cannot be heard from outside.
All activities must be taken inside by 10PM to comply with the quiet hours for short term rental compliance... and to be good neighbors.
A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the short term rental guidelines and rules.
Pool heating is an additional $95 per night of your visit.
Surveillance or recording devices on property - one security camera at front of home to monitor entrance and noise monitoring devices inside main living area and on patio; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
