"From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by angela at the front desk and carl. They were very friendly check in was very quick and easy very delightful. Offered me water an Effron helped with our bags. Ceasar is doing a Excellent job. He answered questions we had about the wifi, and he even offered us water while by the pool area. Our room was clean and very spacious. We really enjoyes eating out on our balcony. At the end of our stay Ceasar helped us with our bags when he saw us by the stairs. Everything was wonderful. Everyone was polite and courteous. Thank you. And when we needed more water an sugar it was brought to our door. We will be back."

"This is our third time here. We’ve stayed in different rooms on different floors, and every time the rooms were absolutely spotless. The restrooms were very clean as well as the showers. You always think you’re going to find areas of rust or mold, but we have never found anything like this at this property. The staff is always very friendly at check-in, and they make checking in very easy and fun. They have a free breakfast in the mornings; however, we have only made it to one breakfast in the three times that we’ve stayed here. But if I remember correctly, the breakfast was very good. It wasn’t your average continental breakfast? It was full on eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and so forth. It’s a little bit pricey, but you’re definitely getting what you’re paying for!"

"I absolutely loved my stay here. My suite was so big, i felt like it was a house, with so many rooms, a huge bathroom, balcony with incredible views, living room, & a huge bedroom. I did not want to leave the balcony area that morning as i sipped my champagne. The staff was very helpful with many questions I had. I had a little trouble finding their hotel parking garage & using the parking app, but the staff helped me out. The hotel is also very close to shopping & restaurants. If i am in Palm Springs again soon, I will definitely stay here again."
