Downtown Palm Springs is a short drive away. Palm Canyon Drive is where you'll find most of the action: restaurants like Workshop Kitchen + Bar, coffee at Ernest Coffee, vintage shopping, and weekend art walks.



The Aerial Tramway, Indian Canyons hiking trails, and multiple golf courses are all within 15 minutes.



If you're visiting for Coachella, Stagecoach, or Modernism Week, the venue and event locations are an easy drive from the house.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to get around and explore Palm Springs and nearby areas. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is approximately 10–15 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:

This home has a private pool but no spa or hot tub. The pool heater is turned on manually at the equipment area (no remote or app control) and is capped at $1,000/month for monthly stays, with 24 hours' notice.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



There are no mandatory extra fees for standard use. No pets.
