This is a bright and open 2-bedroom 2-bath townhome with a private pool and hot tub. You'll enjoy an amazing mountain view while lounging by the pool or dining outside. The primary bedroom is up a flight of stairs. There is a loft outside the primary bedroom with a seating area and desk if you need to do a little work. Amazing location in south Palm Springs, a short distance to downtown. Walk out your door and turn left to the coffee shop Koffi. Single car garage available for our guests. This spacious home is approx 2000 sq ft! Pool and spa heat is optional and an additional $95 per day, spa heat only is $45 per spa. Pool heat pricing is subject to change till the day the payment request is accepted due to utility price volatility.
