This unit was perfect for our 3- week stay in January 2024. Recently remodeled throughout, it boasts an open floor plan with lots of natural light and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished with a private patio. Steps outside the patio is access to the lovely, heated pool shared by the maybe dozen units that surround it. The Villas de les Flores is a lovely, quiet, and well-maintained complex with beautiful views of the mountains that surround it to the west. It is beautifully landscaped with mature palms and other desert loving plants, as well as enough orange and grapefruit trees for us to be able to pick fresh citrus for breakfast every morning!
We were blown away by its central location and access to the two amenities we were looking for – golf and pickleball. The Villas has just built eight new pickleball courts that are about a 3- minute walk away from this unit. My golfer husband loved being surrounded by Tahquitz golf course, where he could play and practice to his heart’s content. This condo is 4 minutes away from Hwy 111, the main road that takes you from Palm Springs and further east into the Coachella valley. Access to Starbucks, Target, Trader Joe’s, Von’s Grocery, etc. is no more than a 5–10-minute drive, downtown Palm Springs.
Mark, the owner of the unit, was helpful from the start of the booking to our departure. We would book there should we return to Palm Springs.
