"This property is under new ownership and they are not upholding basic standards of safety for guests. The outer entrance doors were without locks for my entire stay meaning anyone from outside could access the building and many times throughout my stay, the outer doors were propped open, allowing the hallways to heat up and again…no security/safety standards. In addition, my room had signs of water damage and a musty/mold smell for my entire stay, the air unit could not keep up with the heat of the hallway because doors were left open, towels were unavailable for room and pool at various times, breakfast is no longer included as it was in years past, etc. I will never stay at this hotel again!"

"I was a little disappointed on a couple things One my bed was very uncomfortable I didn't feel the mattress was great The couch that I said I'm so hard when I was watching TV that it cost me some problems later. Hot tub was okay but only half the Jets were working if less. Staff was quite nice and we left early on our stay and they refunded our resort fees back which was nice. But I would not pay more than $150 $200 a night at this place"

"We stayed in 3 hotels this trip and V had the most comfortable beds. The property is older and the rooms were fine. But all the furniture around the pool is very beat up. Torn, stained. Also the pool shown is one of two, it appears that only executive rooms open onto that pool. "

"I was greatly disappointed by the terribly horrendous beds. When you lay on them you sink 6 inches making it difficult to climb out. They are more like hammocks with springs popping through. The comforter was torn terribly. Faucets were loose. And when they moved us to another room eventually...the room stank like airplane glue or toxic grouting. The staff was miserable and uncouth. I'd rather sleep in my car and the room was $425 a night plus parking. All in all you couldn't pay me to ever stay at a Renaissance hotel again. "

"The room was great for our short stay needs. Front desk staff excellent and the texting option made everything super easy, responsive and peace of mind. "

"Wow, where to even begin... Minna was so wonderful at communicating. Then when we arrived the place was so much more than i could've imagined! The I ictures dont do it justice. The decor is stunning and all of the appliances, bedding, furniture, hot tub, accommodations are top notch. No expense was spared in designing this place. Then the "yard"... goodness. You dont need to leave the property to have an amazing hike (steep, but beautiful) with some groomed trails and streams on both sides. The property bumps against yhe national forest and you could just walk forever. This stay was serene and beautiful and cozy. I never left the entire stay. There was no need. Great way to unwind from the fast pace of life outside this mountain sanctuary. "

"Room is a little dated, especially the bathrooms. Everything worked, but the age definitely shows. A/C in the room worked well, but is a bit loud. Location is excellent and the Pool was excellent to spend the afternoon at. "
