"Clean, helpful staff and quiet"

"The front desk agent who checked us in was super friendly. When we checked into our room there was no bottled water in the room. When we went to the front desk, they gave us 4 bottled waters and apologized and said we could get additional water the next day. The next morning we came back from our walk and the front desk agent who was there gave us two additional waters, but informed us that water was not "daily" for guests. So which is it? We had a coffee maker in our room, but no bottled water to make coffee. But....overall we enjoyed our stay. The happy hour was nice, the ease of ordering food because we were too tired to go out and the breakfast was good. The room/hotel itself is a little run down and could definitely use a renovation/face lift. We would stay here again because it was convenient to/from the airport and Sofi Stadium and the hotel/room was clean."

"The building itself, the architecture, the ceilings, the lobbies, and the bar are all beautiful. I upgraded my room to a club room that "has the best city views and had clubroom lounge access". My room view was a brick wall. My keys did not have access to the club room the first day completely because the front desk did not have me as upgraded. Was not told about the $15 a day credit to use at the restaurant/ bar, until the last day. Those few things were just highly disappointed enough to choose another place to experience next trip."
