"Lots of hidden charges, $60 if you park in their garage EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE, the property information states they are “pet friendly” but do not have adequate areas for dogs to do their business, and they charge $75 pet fee despite not having facilities to manage them. They also charge you a $150 deposit and say it will take 5 days to go back to your account, I have little hope that they will return my deposit at all, even tho we left no mess, my dog is well trained, and we stayed only 1 night. The room was ok, blankets are terrible, the hallway carpet smells of mist and urine."

"Such a comfy stay and very good location for hitting all the tourist spots in Los Angeles. Front desk was helpful and kind. Breakfast was pretty solid. Impressed with warm showers every single morning, water never got cold on me. Bed was also pretty comfortable! It was all we needed for the week and priced fairly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat ."

"The place smells, they have water bugs on the ceiling. Room has no working fridge or working ice machine. The staff is rude during check in process and on top of that $20 extra for parking??! "

"Parking was a little wonky, the garage is gated with a code that you get when checking in. And the garage doesn’t connect to the building, so it’s recommended to bring your stuff in before parking. Other than that, no complaints here"
