"Great stay. Staff was attentive, amenities were great. Only cons were no hot water in the kitchen sink and I don’t think the showers were cleaned during my 4 night stay. Was a great location with a lot of coffee shops and quick food/metro access."

"Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect, very close to Santa Monica Beach and the pier, and the hostel was clean and comfortable. The best part was definitely the atmosphere and the people I met. I made friends with travelers from different countries and had some great memories during my stay. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to LA."

When we arrived we were unable to get into the entrance door as the code we had did not work and there was no one to help. After a lot of searching we finally found support online, left messages at an unattended mailbox and sat for 2 hours in front of the building after having been on the road for 6+ hours.
