The ocean wasn’t very visible from the room but the terrace was huge and actually bigger than the room which we liked. The room was okay the TV was weirdly placed and annoying to watch and the shower was really small and tge shower curtain sticks to you and gets water all over the floor. The jacuzzi was amazing and we went in every day we loved it. The terrace was really big and it had a table chairs and sunloungers which all came in use. The breakfast was really good every day and the restaurants around the hotel were amazing. The staff were absolutely amazing we loved them. They were all super helpful and so so nice thank you all! The pool was freezing but it’s February so was expected the outisde area is so nice though. Overall it was an amazing stay and we will defo be back!

A really pleasant hotel.

Excellent hotel, great access to the coast, airport and Palma. Brunch was very good. The gym facilities were excellent and unusually for a hotel well maintained and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Staying here for Christmas was a really good decision.

Comfy and Clean with nice buffet brunch

A lovely hotel very close to the beach, the long hours of the free brunch were a great benefit to an early riser like me who got first and second breakfasts in! A nice small pool. The parking immediately nearby was very limited but we found plenty within a half mile walk.

The hotel location is great, staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is magnificent. However housekeeping is not up to standards. They prepared our room for only 2 people (towels, etc.) although our reservation was for 3 people and also they forgot to clean our room for 1 day out of 2, and in general the cleanliness of the room was not really good. If the hotel can improve housekeeping service, they can be unbeatable for their price and comfort.

Service was good both in reception and restaurant. Housekeeping flawless. Brunch basic but plentiful. The room had an unpleasant smell.
