Chegamos ao Hotel quase 14 da tarde , depois de horas de avião , tínhamos feito reserva pelo Hotel.com com bastante antecedência e chegando a atendente disse q não existia reserva e q não trabalhava com o site a muito tempo e eles estavam lotados e tal .
Depois de muito tempo deixou a gente a um quarto até resolver e a gerente chegar .
O quarto tem uma banheira encardida , cheirava esgoto, sem.toalha de rosto , sem papel higiênico, cheio de pernilongos .
Liguei no hotel.com pq o quarto não tinha nada com o q reservei, porém não resolveu nada , o atendente disse para eu resolver com o hotel é pronto .
Acionei meu advogado q entrou em contato com hotel e remanejaram a gente para um quarto um pouco melhor , porém os pisos estão meio soltos, a banheira está com motor de hidro aparente o q da muito medo por ter criança e não pode ligar hidro pq cai água nesses fios .
Não tem toalha de rosto nos banheiros .
Café da manhã fraco , um calor enorme e não tem gelo , o suco é quente .
Viemos para um congresso a cidade está lotada de engenheiros e eles não se prepararam , não tem manteiga , pão de queijo duro , pouca variedade, quando acaba não repõe, balde de gelo vazio , faltava faça , colher , açúcar.
