"Check in was easy and they opened our room early for us. The room is spacious and well laid out. The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles and grab and go options. The room was very humid and the bathroom was not up to par. The tub looked like it was dirty but it was just stained. The bottom, corners and walls needed to be resurfaced. It was very musty smelling as well. The room needed a deep cleaning. When we were packing to leave there were 2 men walking in and checking every room, must be to make sure people checked out? We were still packing up and had the door lock out to keep the room open. I informed them we were still moving out, this was at 11:03am. They seem to take the 11:00am very seriously. Location is convenient to everything and I would consider staying here again if I needed to. A friend of ours stayed in a different room and said the same about her room as well. It's mediocre at best"

"This is an inexpensive motel. It should be compared with inexpensive motels. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The sheets on the beds appeared to be clean. That right there is a pretty good start. The beds were comfortable. Pillows left something to be desired, but did I mention this is an inexpensive motel? The A/C worked and was not especially loud. That's about all I really care about and so it gets 4 stars because it is good value for money. The breakfast was weak - no protein options at all - but if you're choosing a hotel for the quality of its breakfast then you're probably paying more anyway."

"The home was wonderful and exactly as described-the pictures were spot on! The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, the home was spotless, quiet subdivision, and we LOVED the pond-it was so neat to watch the wildlife/birds!!"

"Excellent location and walking distance to the beach. Very quiet street with very little traffic. Pet friendly. Bed was very comfortable although the ceiling fan was a bit noisy. We definitely would like to stay here again. "

"The condo was very clean with good bedding . While we did not bring our dog there is opportunity to do so. Short walk to the beach, The pool is nice, Tash disposal is next to the property and easy to access. One of the great features is parking underneath the condo, The name “Surf Station” is not helpful in locating the condo."

"Overall good experience. No gas grill (just common charcoal pit w/grate), no beach towels for pool and hot tub, no spices left behind. All those items listed were per past experiences at all other VRBO properties we’ve stayed at for similar prices. Not listed as amenities but nice to have. It was comfortable and quiet, staff was very friendly. We overlooked the pool but beach was very close and accessible. "
