"We’ve stayed here a few times over the years, and have always enjoyed it. There’s lots of bedrooms, beds, and space to gather, play games and hang out. The neighbors are all close by, but so is the beach, just a block to the ramp to the beach. Since the house is not close to a hotel or condos, it is usually easy to get a nice spot to put up a tent/shade on the beach, even if you don’t get up early on holidays (eg Easter weekend) to save a place. It is basically a one story 4 bedroom house on the second floor, with a separate 2 bedroom house on the ground floor. They also include some nice beach goodies in the garage for guests to use, and lots of board games. "

"This is a wonderful and beautiful high end property. We celebrated our anniversary here and enjoyed every moment. The master and one additional bedroom is on the lower level. There is a nice pond view from the back covered patio."

"We did have to drive in to shop and eat, but that’s OK. The walk to the beach was really close, which was nice. The air conditioner is set on 73; that’s OK. I would’ve liked it a little colder but I understand. Other than that, the house was great, the property management was great. No complaints."
