"The stay was good/very good. The breakfast was very nice and the Breakfast worker was VERY EFFICIENT. Bridget who I checked in with was good. The view of the river and two bridges was really nice too. My ONLY issue with the stay was I booked on hotels.com CLEARLY a room with two queens and one king bed. I even showed Brigit the worker at the front desk that was how I booked it and where it said that on the hotel page. She claimed there were NO ROOMS like that despite the website CLEARLY having me pay for 2 queens and 1 king. It forced me to sleep on the window ledge which clearly was not comfortable at all. I had a NON-REFUNDABLE reservation so nothing could be done despite being fraudulently advertised. I don’t know if that is on Microtel or the manager, but that is not right. The other 7 days of our vacation, we ALWAYS had 2 queens and a pullout king and that is what I paid for, expected, but did NOT get."

"Everything was ok. Comfortable beds. The red Light flashing on phone was annoying and front desk said it couldn't be turned. The pool could have been cleaner."

"Very nice hotel. Breakfast was so/so, but you cant complain when it comes with. Needed a few mors options and coffee with flavor. But the hotel makes up for it, its beautiful and super clean"
