    Tiki House is a very unique yet awe-inspiring 3 bedroom - 2.5 bath house, that sits just feet from the beach, has been one of Alligator Point's most popular rentals. Waves, sunsets, sunrises, moon rises, fishing, shelling, watching the dolphins or simply relaxing can be enjoyed from the comfort of either the upper or lower decks. Both have furnished seating areas to aid in your conversations and relaxations. Just off the lower deck and a few steps down the boardwalk, you are on the beach to experience what the Alligator Point beach has to offer! The half bath and a separate hot/cold shower are available at ground level for ultra convenience. You'll love the outdoor granite top bar-height railing and barstools where a morning cup-o-joe or the evening beverage can be enjoyed while gazing at the waters of the Gulf. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the guest storeroom underneath, where you'll also find the half-bath and a charcoal grill for guest use. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, plenty of eating and cooking utensils. The stove is a glass-top electric unit. The 24" oven and microwave are built into the wall nearby. Check further for more kitchen details on the amenities page. Please note, this house has two security cameras that monitor the driveway/front steps and the back steps. Management does not monitor the camera videos. Video is used in case of policy violations and are deleted 72 hours after checkout.

This was a nice relaxing stay. The area including the beaches is quiet. The house was perfect right on the water and had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful leading up to our stay giving us some information on the area. We hope to be able to come stay again.

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Right on the beach with a wonderful porch where we spent a lot of time enjoying the sun, view, and ocean sounds. The place worked wonderfully for us and recommend it to others with no reservations. Russ and Tamre are great hosts. Very responsive and proactive with communication.

The Tiki house is in a perfect location by the water at Alligator Point. The beach view is gorgeous.The house was kept up , the walls were clean, the floors were clean, bathrooms & bedrooms decorated nice , the stove & refrigerator very nice . The upstairs & downstairs decks was Excellent with nice patio furniture & beach chairs.The host were very helpful. The Tiki house is a very nice family & fur baby vacation house. The Tiki House is a short travel to nice restaurants &I also recommend the Gulf specimen Aquarium. The grandkids loved seeing the aquarium veriety, watch the sharks being fed, little sea horses, touching the star fish, sea cucumber's ,etc... Nice learning experience for children.Our family had a Great stay & will return for another stay.We give the Tiki House "10 stars" for Excellence! Ross family from Branford ,Florida

Quiet, clean beach stay

We loved this house at alligator point! The deck with the covered seating area felt like an additional room and it was really nice to be right on the water. Fabulous sunrise and sunsets! Hosts were very accommodating.

We LOVED our stay at the Tiki House. The location is on our favorite part of Alligator Point (Mud Cove). Our son loves to cast the net for the Mullet and Shrimp that come into the Mud Cove area during this time of year. Loved the large kitchen bar that was perfect for our traditional Thanksgiving meal. The screened porch is so comfortable along with the wonderful views from the adjoining deck. We enjoyed everything about the Tiki House. Thank you, Russ and Tam, for another wonderful memory at Alligator Point!!

Great location!

Loved that the beach was right there!!! Loved that there was very few people around, our private beach. Great place to stay for the week. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Loved sitting on the back deck furniture listening to the waves. I might of took a few naps, lol!! Awesome views! Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

At the Beach

Love the location and short walk to the beach. We came for the beach. The property fit the eight of us and the kitchen/dining/living area is perfect for our variety of ages, 7-78.

Great Beach House

Our family loved our stay at Alligator Point. This house was perfect for our family of five and exactly as advertised. Russ and Tamre were fabulous hosts -- check-in was a breeze, and they were extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to be back soon!

Perfectly relaxing!

We needed a place large enough to accommodate family to celebrate our daughter’s Master’s graduation from Florida State ~ and wanted to make a mini-vacation out of it. The house is exactly as pictured, extremely well-stocked, and we particularly enjoyed the expansive deck and what seemed like private beach. Wonderful trip! The hosts were helpful with recommendations re restaurants as well.

Location was perfect. New cookware a few extras in the spice cabinet. Great coffee pot. Plenty of room for us and our adult son. It has a cute loft if you had small ones. They would think they had a club house of their own It has a bathroom on the lower level if you are on the beach and need to go.

Great Property Owner

We very much so enjoyed our stay at the Tiki House in Alligator Point. We made some great memories with our friends and our daughters. Nice fishing opportunities on the beach as wel, as we managed to harvest a few Redfish during the trip as well! Russ made sure to proactively communicate with us and helped tell us about the area, where to go, and what to see. Thanks again Russ!

Quiet and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The beach was quiet but the water was dirty. I do wish the screened in porch was completely closed in but otherwise no complaints. Easy drive to Panacea for restock of supplies and food. We stopped at Crawfordsville for our initial supplies on the way down. Nice little marina and restaurant 5 minutes away.

Remote and Tranquil

I loved the property! I have never stayed at a beach home where the beach was literally steps away from the home. I usually am exhausted by the time I am carrying my chair, umbrella, etc to the sand but convenience and proximity do not give this home justice. It was a breeze! I enjoyed the exclusiveness and how private it felt. We were able to relax and come home refreshed. I would definitely rent this home again.

You cannot get any closer to the water!

Tiki House is a fantastic place to stay if you are looking to unplug from daily life. The owners are very friendly and responsive. The home is very comfortable from the beds to the furniture. The outdoor living area was our favorite part and the seating area under the house is practically on the beach with an incredible view. The beach head bathroom is very convenient too. Our ONLY suggestion would be improved cookware and everyday drinkware in the kitchen.Our kids enjoyed the vast selection of DVD's as well as the game table. The sunsets here are stellar! We found a few great shells as well as tons of sea glass. We would definitely consider staying at Tiki House in the future. Oh, and definitely check out the night sky. You will not be disappointed!

Just the prettiest and most comfy beachside rental ever…

Sadly our stay was only five nights long because I could, quite happily, have stayed another few weeks. The house was perfect for my husband, myself and my sister in law with two extremely pretty and super comfy bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, plenty of cupboard space and both with lots of windows & plenty of light. The kitchen is well equipped offering very nice tableware and cutlery, a keurig coffee machine, toaster, etc etc - we didn’t want for anything. The two sofas are lovely and comfortable and the recliner is perfect for an afternoon kip. The best part for us was the sea facing deck area with great furniture to relax in and four lovely high chairs with which we could lean on the granite bar top and watch all the sea life every day. You honestly will not be disappointed if you choose this property! We can’t wait to return!!!

Great stay!

If you're looking for a peaceful spot to enjoy the beach and this place is still available for your dates, just go ahead and book it. You'll thank me later. Here's what we loved about our time there: 1. Proximity to the water. Super-easy access from the house to the water. You can see & hear the waves from just about anywhere on the property. 2. The decks! We spent a ton of time just hanging out on the upstairs deck. Comfy furniture, amazing views, close enough to the water to enjoy it, and also close enough to the water that the breeze was just strong enough to keep the bugs at bay. 3. The beach/gulf/general area are idyllic if you want a peaceful place to recharge. If you're looking for go carts, water parks or lazy rivers filled with people, you're in the wrong spot. Go to Destin or Gulf Shores. But....if you're looking for a spot to enjoy the beach and waves, read a good book and spend some time with friends/family, then this could be a great option. 4. Kitchen/living room/dining room all had everything we needed. 5. Attentive owners! We had a little issue with one of the appliances, but the owner was able to provide a resolution ASAP with very little inconvenience. A+ for response time and resolution.
