Take in sweeping views of the Gulf and Panama City Beach from two walls of views, or out on your own private balcony! You'll feel incredibly close to the sea in this lovely condo, but the central air conditioning will help everyone feel comfortable inside. It's easy to cook up full meals or beach snacks in the full kitchen (complete with a dishwasher for extra ease!). Bedrooms are spread out for guest comfort and privacy, and an extra hallway bed provides an extra place for a younger guest to sleep. Every bedroom features a ceiling fan for extra customized comfort. Feel free to pack light, as the private washer/dryer can help you lighten your load. As part of your stay, every guest can enjoy access to the shared pools (with beach views!), hot tubs, sauna, fitness room, and much more!

You'll be surrounded by many local restaurants serving local seafood, including Montego Bay Seafood House & Oyster Bar and Firefly (both within five miles). Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, less than one mile away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf to guests brave enough to take a ride. Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just over eight miles from this condo.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 16.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great views of the ocean and pier. Huge balcony. The two queen beds in second room is misleading. Adding the second queen bed blocks access to the closet which isnt ideal because the room is super tight. Maybe 2ft to walk between beds and between the dresser and bed. So nowhere to store suitcases. Master bedroom is super spacious. Huge closet bathroom. Mattress is horrible and bed constantly squeaks. Other than that room is great.

Tidewater

Expected a little more for the proce we payed. Ive stayed at multiple condos over the years. This was our least favorite. No remotes to the tvs worked besides the living room. Door handle was broken to one of the bedrooms. Waiting for elevators was such a long wait daily. Our last night there we didnt have water and half the building was without power so no elevators. The water finally came back on as we were checking out. No notice or apology sent out from the condo or booking agency.

Love the beach

The condo was beautiful, just as described. And the view was amazing. The elevator situation, however, is why we will not stay there again. Being in the 16th floor, there was no option to climb stairs so we had to wait. 3 times we had to walk down the stairs because the elevator took so long.

Stressful!

The property was clean, staff was wonderful , check in was great . The elevators were terrible ,we spent at least 2 hours of our day with a 2 yr old and a 2 month old waiting to get on the elevators. Three different times we waited 45 minutes and finally just went back to our condo and looked at the beach from our balcony until later those days. The rest of the time it was 15 to 30 minute times. We would go down at 6 am to set up our area on the beach and the elevators were great then. Thats the only time. We also woke up at 2 am with water pouring from the ceiling. My daughter got up to feed her 2 month old and slipped and caught herself. Luckily she didnt fall. We notified them . They came and took pictures and said oh wow and gave us towels to throw on the floor and keep it cleaned up for 2 days until it stopped leaking. They never came back!! I went down and asked what the plan was because we have a 2 yr old running around and we were worried about her slipping along with my daughter getting up to feed the baby in the middle of the night . They told me they were discussing it. I never heard anything back. I paid 4,000.00 for this condo and expected to hear back from Vacasa about it but never did!! I emailed them and not a thing except the conversation with the lady at the desk . It just overall was a stressful trip. We understand things happen, but them not even trying to make it right upset me. We will bypass Tidewater in the future.

Horrible Stay

Terrible stay , the condo look nothing like the online photos. We had a water leak and call many times to report it, and one came to see about the leak the customer service was not helpful at all,just awful. We will never stay again and I will tell all my friends about this back experience.

Nice place to stay.

The unit was nice and clean. For the most part well stocked. You have to park across the street on a parking garage and that wasn’t too bad but it does cost extra to park. The elevators are extremely slow. We had to wait about 20 minutes a couple time for the elevator.

Perfect location & calm atmoshpere

I loved the condo. My only complaint was to VRBO for charging me an extra $75 and also had an extra charge of $63 for the security bracelets. I feel like that should be shown up front or not charged at all.

Beautiful Views!

PRO’s- The location is perfect, the views are gorgeous, can’t get any closer to the water. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. CONS- Our unit did need some work done, sharp broken tile that could have easily cut feet when walking throughout the condo. Microwave electronic panel loose and didn’t always connect to turn on the microwave. One of the bedroom doors has a hole punched in the back, shower was dirty.

Condo was great

The condo was great. Had a wonderful view. Elevators were another story. Check in time was 4:00 and that's when the people came in from the beach. Took forever to get to the room on the 16th floor.

Ocean Peace

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. All appliances are in great condition. A few minor repairs are needed such as replacement blinds in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. As well, some caulking and paint is needed on some of the trim in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Baseball tournament

The property was beautiful and location was perfect. Check in process was confusing. We received the gate code for parking garage but not the room code, which was supposed to have been emailed before our 4p.m. arrival. My son-in-law had to return to the check in desk and then go to the VACASA office while his family waited in the hallway ( a four and 8 year old) with luggage. This was unacceptable. I don't understand how that important detail was missed.

Ocean view and location made up for slow elevators

Elevators are super slow during peak times. We once took the 16 flights of stairs with kids and beach gear because of the wait. Didn't realize there would be a $42 charge when we checked in with the condo. Problem with door code, but Vacasa took care of it quickly. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were reserved/included with the room. Lots of useful beach gear provided in the closets (i.e. wagon, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards-not sure if always there though). Views were incredible (ocean and Pier Park). Pier Park is within walking distance. Pools were nice. One of the pools had a bar. Uber/Lyft were slow and/or often unavailable.

Highest price for lowest quality

1. A positive comment would be this place is spacious & provided plenty of room for our family but thats why we selected a 3 bedroom. The mgmt company did call us the next day to see if we had any issues upon check in. There were so many problems we decided to just make the best of it & never forget. After all they have a team of “inspectors” that check before every guest checks in they say. Well they apparently didnt see the sand in the sheets, the chips (whole tortilla) on the floor or how worn out the sofa was, the rug was almost threadbare. Whats the point of complaining when they have inspected it? 2. Condo was not clean (sand in the beds, sheets too small for beds, whole tortilla chips on the floor when we arrived, interior needs paint desperately). 3. The elevator situation couldn’t possibly be worse with people often waiting 15-20 mins. I was ok the elevator going from 16 to ground to go to the beach so it made several stops along the way but when we got to level 2, the elevator immediately went back up to 22 floor. The door opened and a grounds worker was there so I told them what happened. They shrugged & I made my way down to the ground level. That one trip was easily 20 mins from when I got on until I got off but remember I waited 12 minutes for it to come in the first place. Every single guest was complaining, disappointed & saying never again would they stay here. Upon arrival they give you a sheet of printed “tips for using the elevator” which basically tells you this is the largest complex in pcb so maybe use the elevator during off peak times & exercise patience. Really? Im on vacation trying to get to the beach with kids and toys. 4. The “starbucks” is a joke as its small beach store thats hard to find that sells starbucks coffee. Not the real starbucks experience. I should have brought my keurig & made my own. 4. The beach chairs they include are assigned rather than allowing you to get up early to select your own chair. This is only important if you have kids with you (you’re at the beach for goodness sake) so being at the end is better so they have room to play in the sand. You cannot even request an end seat or different seat if it is empty & no one uses it the whole week. 4. Lesson learned. If the service fee is one of the highest fees listed on the vrbo listing, a management company is handling the unit not the owner. Therefore you are not using a vacation rental by owner (vrbo) so just go to a hotel.

Tidewater PCB

We had a great time! Our room was fantastic and the hotel was very nice. The only drawback was the elevator situation. Long waits during peak times.
