Palazzo 502 - Fantastic views of the beach and Gulf- breathtaking sunsets every day. (9th floor - 4 floor beach side parking garage just below). Owner managed. Take your next vacation with us! Free beach chairs with umbrella from March 1st - October 10th, 2025. Two chaise lounge chairs with adjustable headrest with 8-foot-wide umbrella. 2 King beds, 1 queen bed and 1 sofa sleeper queen bed. Smart TVs in all bedrooms and Living room!!

Feel at home at our 3 bedroom and 3 full bathroom home - Fully furnished with everything you need to relax and enjoy your time at the beach and at our condo. Take this time to spend with friends and family making new and lasting memories.

Palazzo is a highly desired, sought after location on the west end of Panama City Beach with 220 ft. of deeded beach access. Only 129 units in the entire building with 3 high speed elevators. Four levels of gulf side covered parking. Elevated gulf front heated pool and spa. With 1475 sq feet of living space and 240 sq feet of gulf front balcony space. Living room and Master bedroom with Gulf front views. Close to entertainment, dining, and shopping at Pier Park!

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Escape!We absolutely loved our stay at this beach condo! The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The view from the balcony was stunning, and being just steps from the beach made it easy to soak up the sun every day.The kitchen had all the basics for cooking in, and there were plenty of towels, extra blankets, and beach gear, which was a big plus. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The room was exactly as I saw in the photos online. There were some things that we didnt really like. One of them is that the door to the balcony was very hard to pull open and shut. You better have muscles for that. The chairs around the outside table were uncomfortable to sit in. There were no batteries in one of the TV remote controls in the bedroom. I let the host know and he was going to have his team bring some on Monday but I never saw anybody. Some parts of the room was really not so clean. There was a lot of hair in the hall bathroom and in the kitchen floor. Security is always a good thing to have but we felt as tho we were being watched 24/7. All in all tho, we enjoyed our stay.

Great condo and perfect location!

We ended up having our flight delayed and rescheduled which led to a 3 am arrival time, but Nick was awesome with communication throughout the whole ordeal! He went above and beyond with assisting us with a back-up plan for getting into the condo since it was so late! It was a very smooth entry into the condo and the place was very clean upon arrival! We loved the location and the convenience of having restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance! We will definitely rebook the condo next time we are in Panama City!

Family Trip

Just as portrayed on the listing, actually nicer than I was expecting! It exceeded all my expectations. Great location, to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Excellent communication with the owner, fast elevators, spotless grounds. Would recommend 10/10!!!

Perfect condo

I have stayed at the palazzo numerous times. What stands out about this condo the most was how Nick went above and beyond during the booking and during our stay. He was wonderful ! I highly recommend . The condo was very clean and nicely decorated.

Top Notch Condo

Everything we could possibly need was provided. Very well equipped kitchen, nicely decorated, huge master! The view and beach access were spectacular! It was nice to park in the garage and made hauling in luggage easy. Nick the owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great Condo

This property is exactly as described on VRBO. Convenient location, really accessible to grocery and restaurants. Beach is nice and quite not packed like some of the other beaches. I would definitely stay there again.

A great experience!

The property was great and the host was very nice and helpful to us as we were traveling through storms to get there. He personally checked in with us to make sure we made it safe and gave us suggestions on places to go. 100 percent would recommend this property!

Great condo!

We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. The check-in process was easy and unit was roomy and clean. The location was nice and quiet but close to all of the restaurants and activities in the area.
