This beachfront condo offers a private balcony with breathtaking Gulf and beach views, spacious accommodations, a fully-equipped kitchen, and everything you may need to have the time of your life. The popular resort offers amenities for everyone, including pools, a hot tub, covered parking, and on-site dining options.

Via the direct beach access, you will find beach volleyball, jet ski rentals, parasailing, and much more. Less than two miles away, you will want to spend time splashing the day away at Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Less than one mile away, you will find fun for the whole family at Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park.

Things to Know
Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.
As per an HOA regulation, rentals in Panama City, FL may only be rented and booked by an individual who is 25 years or older.
An elevator is in the building.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 10.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

This condo needs lots of furniture updates. First, the bunk beds in the second bedroom are in poor condition and are on the brink of falling over. They are noisy and loose and unsafe for anyone to sleep in. Secondly, the tv in the second bedroom that the bunk beds are in is cracked and does not work. Thirdly, the mattress in the master bedroom is so used and wore out that it completely sinks in the middle.

Lovely place to stay on the beach

I was very impressed with how clean and nice the condo and property were. All the amenities and it rained while we were there so we were able to use the indoor pools and game room and theatre(which I didn’t know was there till I got an email about). The beach access was perfect and parking was a little difficult at times in the garage but overall good experience

Majestic Beach Resort

Nice condo with awesome gulf views. The condo was adequate for our 6 week stay, but the kitchen items could use some updating. We had trouble initially getting into the parking ramp and there was no on-site management company representative to help. There was a new system to checkin for parking and no one seemed be able to help us. We eventually had help from another management company’s representative to get us registered. Hopefully the kinks have been fixed with the process.

Family vacation

We rented this condo for the extra room as our whole family was vacationing together. It was neat and clean but we really didn’t spend much time in it, except to sleep and shower. We would stay again.

I will definitely be back!

As a single mother this resort was everything I needed it to be & more! The condo was everything that I expected (as shown in the photos) and more! I am a very particular person when it comes to cleanliness and I was not disappointed in the way the place looked, smelled & it's over all up keep. A little wear & tear on some fixtures but other than that I will definitely be back & hopefully stay in the same condo. The staff at the resort were amazing as well!

I had to call and text twice about problem with unit

Could not get enough hot water to take a bath or utilize the jets for 6 days. That was the reason I paid dearly for the unit. Fan in master bedroom was noisy. Pigeon poop all on the left side of balcony. Cigar butts on the balcony. I was very disappointed about not being able to take a HOT bath.!!!!!!!

Great View!

I was very impressed with the view and how cleaned it smelled when we checked in. My only complaint was the carpet, it was rough walking on it with my bare feet as it was stiff with lots of stains. I would highly recommend that you replace it or remove it. Everything else was GREAT!

Decent stay - needs a little TLC

The resort and check-in process was great. Had no issues from reading previous reviews and the staff explained how the parking worked. The description said the room was located on the 23rd floor when it was actually the 10th floor, so an extra elevator ride. The room was decent but needed a little TLC. The carpet in living room had several stains. The TV in the living room kept making a buzzing sound after you turned it off and it seemed like images were burned into it. We just unplugged it just to be safe. The door in the hall bathroom that connected to the hallway room was rigged shut and couldn't be opened, so you could only access it from the hallway. It also didn't have a stopper for the tub. The hallway room wasn't fully cleaned because there was trash under the bottom bunk bed (water bottle, box, something plastic). The closet in the room was a bit difficult to function, so we ended up not using it. The main door didn't shut completely on its own but we knew about this from other reviews. The master bedrooms sheets and mattress cover had stains on them. We had to put the spare sheets on top. The master bathroom tub stopper seemed to be broken and was laid on the side of it and needed some draino because it took a while for the water to go down. The toilet in it didn't flush properly as well and the light in the shower didn't work, so we had to leave the curtain open so we could see. Overall, the property is nice with the pools, amenities, and access to the beach. We did enjoy our time in the unit and everything we mentioned could be fixed with just some attention and proper cleaning prior to someone arriving. None of them required an immediate call to anyone. If these things can be resolved, we would definitely come back again.

Stay away from vascasa rentals

There were lots of issues and unsanitary conditions in this unit and they were not handled quickly and the customer service took most of my time trying to communicate with them and get things taken care of instead of joy and my stay on the beach.

Great vacation dirty condo

We had a great vacation but would not stay at this particular condo again. Very dirty! Stained carpet, dirty kitchen utensils as pans , dirty shower, broken doors in bathroom, only 1 fork in kitchen, patio door greasy from dirt, uncomfortable couches.

Great property and location, unit very disappointing and in need of reno

The location and amenities at The Majestic are great and we were very happy with the overall feel of the property. We held our annual reunion there this year and and all 6 families were very satisfied with their units except for us. The units décor is very outdated and old. I had to buy slipcovers for the couches in the living room because we refused to sit on them in the condition they are in. The refrigerator was leaking water the whole week long that would pool on the shelves and freeze on the top shelves making it unusable and the maintenance team at the Majestic provided us with a small additional refrigerator. Sometime before we arrived the unit was under water, whether from the leak in the fridge or something else. The carpet in the living room was damp, sticky and smelly. There was water under the tile in the kitchen and the master bathroom that would squirt out between the grout when you walked on them. We called the maintenance company several times a day trying to get some help with this. They offered to put us in a different unit and gave us 2 choices that were 2 and 3 miles away and one of them was not even on the beach. Since we were there for a reunion we could not move away from the rest of our party. We just went to Walmart and spent $98 buying slipcovers, rubber mats for the kitchen, air freshener because it smelled so moldy and cleaning supplies to make the unit less icky. The other choice we were given by the management company was for them to reduce the price we paid by $127. We thought is was a ridiculous amount, but never received even that back. All that said, I would stay at the Majestic again, but definitely not in this unit.

This 10th floor condo has a beautiful review. Great location and fabulous resort. Definitely would stay at Majestic Resort again.

Picture Perfect!!!

I came to celebrate my 30th bday and had a wonderful time!! This place was so beautiful only thing those dang pigeons are aggravating they took over the balcony, but other than that it was such a beautiful place to rest.
