This 3BR/3Ba corner unit offers spectacular views of the beautiful Emerald Coast with it's pristine water and sugar white sand. The large picture windows in the living area and dining area along with the extra large sliding balcony doors enable you to view the gorgeous beaches considered to be one of the 'World's Most Beautiful Beaches'.

Room to sleep six to eight comfortably. The master bedroom features a queen marble and iron poster bed with 14" memory foam mattress and includes a spacious ensuite bath with garden corner tub, large separate shower, double vanity sink, separate private enclosed water closet and walk in closet. There is balcony access from the master suite providing you with the opportunity to lull yourself to sleep with the sound of the waves. The guest room has a king size bed with memory foam mattress and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The large picture window in the guest room provides amazing views of the beach and pier as well as Pier Park. The third bedroom gives an optional layout with twin bed that can be converted into a king bed. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combination and optional entry from the main hallway. All bedrooms have LCD Smart TVs. High speed wi-fi connection is also available throughout the condo.

This condo is equipped with a secure keyless entry lock, providing our guests with hassle free check in, when you arrive you can go directly to the condo, no checking in at the desk.

From the large balcony you can spot all kinds of sea and wild life. From sea turtles to dolphins to rays, there's always wildlife waiting to entertain you from dawn to dusk. You will also enjoy seeing the surfers catch some waves year round at the pier.

Beach-side is the view of two pristine gulf front pools at the base of each of the towers. Seasonally, one pool is heated for enjoyment of guests year-round.

Between the pools is a Tiki Bar, offering soft-drinks, wine and mixed drinks. There is frozen ice drinks available adjacent to the tiki bar and service is offered at the bar, pool-side and on Calypso's private beach.

The best feature of Calypso is the proximity to Pier Park, a hub of shopping, dining, entertainment and the world famous Margaritaville. Calypso is the only resort within steps of Pier Park.
