This beautiful home has incredible views and a fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate the whole family on your beach getaway. The spacious private patio is fully furnished and has an incredible view of the white sands of Panama City Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This home will have everything you need to have an incredible experience on the Gulf Coast!

Ocean Villa currently offers many onsite amenities to enjoy such as a heated pool (seasonally), an indoor pool, and a hot tub. This home is also within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, bars and Ocean Villa has direct access to the beach right from your building. It’s also just a short drive away from Pier Park, a local favorite for shopping, restaurants, and amusement park rides.

No smoking or vaping is permitted at the Property (including porches, decks, or outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Its 8/10 for me. Upon check in there were no parking passes left and after trying to contact anyone in office we were told by Vacasa that we needed to write a temp one for both vehicles. You are supposed to be given one for the first vehicle and then have to pay 50 cash for the second. We had to purchase both and I was told we would receive a refund but we unfortunately never got a refund after contacting the local Vacasa person.The beds are uncomfortable and honestly it would be made better if there was a mattress topper. The stove needs to be fixed on top. Replace the uneven stove eyes and the one that can't even be used at all. If you are wanting to cook, bring your own nonstick pan and utensils. The pots for boiling stuff are good enough. Overall the location is great as you have a breakfast place, shopping center, and ice-cream shop in walking distance right across. The balcony is very big and nice to have for leisure time. Living room furniture is a bit small as well as the TV but you're on vacation so it doesn't matter. I still recommend this place and would come back. The things I mentioned are just so people know what the place is like as of most recent.

Would definitely stay here again.The kitchen was skimpily stocked. There were no hot pads to remove things from the oven. The patio couch was missing the back cushions. Nothing too worrisome. The view was great and the unit clean and spacious. I would recommend the unit and would book again.

Not everything is as it seems

So, the pictures online are beautiful. Then you get there and realize you’ve been got. One thing I can say is the overall place was pretty clean, but only because the cleaning staff made us wait 45 minutes in the breezeway with our perishable food items so they could finish cleaning the condo. Check in as at 4 according to the website listing and emails I received, but it was almost 5 by the time we FINALLY get into our room. There was blood all over the mattress, the phone number on the email for the office was not a working number. They forgot our parking pass until the next day and we could’ve gotten towed. The sheets have weird stains (other than the blood), there’s mold on the ceiling, the tv in the bedroom has 3 big black lines on it. The vent drips water all night, the dryer ruined a couple clothing items. Went to make breakfast the next morning, and only two small stove eyes work, so cooking here isn’t even plausible. The pullout bed/couch was absolutely FILTHY and you can feel the bars under the thin little mattress. We payed a lot of money to stay here and we were ultimately very dissatisfied. To beat it all, no one will get back to you about switching rooms so we just had to deal with it.

Needs a good cleaning.

The view is amazing and location was great. The balcony definitely needs more seating. There are no extra blankets for anyone that sleeps on the couch. There was only one roll of toilet paper. The room was not very clean. Found previous visitor’s shoes and empty chip bag under the bed. My feet were black from the floor. There were dirty utensils in the drawer. The entry door is not numbered and does not seal well, it banged in the wind all night.

The view was spectacular. Enjoyable beach vacation.

It was a nice condo except for two things. The kitchen stove only had two small burners that worked and so would not recommend it for anyone who is planning on doing much cooking. The other was some issues with the living room TV . Vacasa came on our third day and picked up the box but never heard back from them by the time we left on our 6th day. Otherwise it was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

The location was great and very clean property. The entry door had no number, so it was difficult to find our condo, given no number- we checked other floors and figured out it had to be the right door. Two lamps missing light bulbs, the master bathroom hairdryer was broken and the living room TV would turn on, but unable to get a picture/clear station. We called and left messages, but no response during our stay.

Great getaway

Overall , we enjoyed our stay here. Few things need updating, but it didn’t ruin our stay. The toaster did not work well, there wasn’t a muffin pan, the light switch did not work in master bedroom, and so we had to use the lamps. No floor mat to step on anywhere to clean your salty feet. Like I said, there were a few inconveniences, but we would stay again. 4/5 rating! Balcony and location are absolutely perfect. Very pleased overall. Thank you!

Excellent view and location

This was the perfect little condo for a trip with two teenage girls. I was only a few footsteps to the beach and we were able to check on her from our balcony while she was either at the pool, hot tub or beach. Highly recommend.

Accurate Listing

The location was perfect, able to see the sunset from the balcony. Access to the beach was great. The property management was very proactive. Would rent here again.

Family weekend trip

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful room and view. Great balcony. Beds were slightly uncomfortable but overall a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place great location but there was a couple of things I would correct!! Deck fruniture only seats 4 but the place sleeps 6+ and the Tv in the living room was to small and the tv in the bedroom was to bid easy fix just switch them up!!!
