It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants including Buster's Beer & Bait, Barracuda Beach Bar & Grill, & Outlaws BBQ and just a short 5-minute drive to both St. Andrew's State Park and pontoon boat rentals.

This 6th floor, beachfront condominium offers approximately 900 feet of coastal living space, featuring ceramic tile throughout. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, spacious living area with pullout sofa and 2 comfortable leather recliners, dining area, one bedroom with 2 Queen sized beds, two full bathrooms, and exterior laundry room. - We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
- Guests can park up to 2 vehicles on site, 2 parking passes and reusable wristbands will be left in the unit.
