It's cozy, right on the beach, alwyas clean, has everything we need, and communication is great! You can't beat the view. We love sitting on the porch and the benches at the top of the stairs in the morning/evenings.

Annual Girls Trip

This was my 2nd (and definitely not my last) stay here. The property is very clean and is in the absolute best location! It’s about a mile from The Big Chill and the beach is not crowded.

We love this cute little beach condo! The location is perfect and it really does feel like our “home away from home”. We stay here every year for our beach vacation! Seriously the best little hidden gem along 30A!

This place was great. It was small but perfect for our little family getaway! Loved how you could walk out on porch and you were at the beach. Place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Truly a home away from home

This was the perfect location for a week at the beach with my family and enjoy my five month old son’s first trip. We loved our accommodations and the proximity not only to the beach but also to some of our favorite restaurants like Black Bear Bakery and George’s.

Amazing beachfront condo

This condo was perfect for our family of five. The location is amazing, the view from the back porch is breath-taking, and every bed (including the sofa bed) was super comfortable. We will be back!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

This was our first time vacationing in Seacrest (30A), and I will definitely recommend this area and condo again. We will always prefer the private beach as it is less crowded than other surrounding public beaches. It was perfect for our family of 4 (two children ages 5 and 2).

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. You walk out the back door, down the steps, and right onto the sand. Plenty of room for our family of four. Great location-close to everything in 30A.

Great Place with Great Location

Great location to beach front. Bed, linens, furniture, AC, appliances were extremely clean and well maintained. This condominium made our trip memorable. This was our first home rental vacation so we were nervous, but ended up extremely happy with this place. We definitely recommend this home for your vacation.

Excellent location and even better view!! Easy access to the beach and the kiddos loved the bunk beds. Only had a few rainy days but Loved sitting out on the back patio without compromising the ocean view. We will definitely be back!

Our favorite beach stay!

The pictures on the listing don’t do this place justice. It is so nice and spacious. We stayed here with our two year olds. It was the perfect size for a family of 4, super clean, with comfortable furniture. We loved being able to walk directly to the beach- made it so easy with two toddlers. There are stairs to get to the beach but it wasn’t too bad. The location of the condo was right in the middle of everything. A very short ride to Seaside or Rosemary Beach! We absolutely loved staying here and plan to return.

We have stayed here numerous times. New furniture this trip! The place looks really nice. Air conditioning was perfect, bed was comfortable as usual, price is more reasonable than other units we checked at Seamist. We really like the covered porch for storing paddle boards and bikes. Awesome location!! Beautiful private beach. Breathtaking views. Literally just steps from the beach. Only complaint is condo wasn’t what I would call clean however not a dealbreaker. I would most definitely recommend this property based on location & owner is very responsive & pleasant. We’ll be coming back soon.
