Your dream can come true in our beautifully appointed two bedroom, two bath condo. Ocean Villa is quite new and unique located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. The décor features luxurious Caribbean furnishings found only in five star, gold crown resorts. Even better than the luxury you’ll be experiencing is the fact that it is an affordable getaway.

Ocean Villa is conveniently located close to restaurants, beach clubs, championship golf courses, parks, marinas, day or dinner cruises, shopping, amusement and water theme parks, mini golf, airboat adventures, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, go-cart tracks, para sailing, Gulf World, the zoo and many other activities.

The resort has convenient covered parking, a seasonally heated indoor/outdoor pool, a sun deck with an outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and poolside pavilion with barbecue grills.

This year was our second with Barb and our sixth at Ocean Villa. Barb is a great host and responded promptly to unexpected issues. The condo is comfy and the kitchen is well stocked, making it feel like our home away from home. We love the location because the view is phenomenal and there is plenty to do within a short walking distance. We had a great stay!

Family beach trip

We had a very enjoyable time. The condo was perfect for us and exactly as described. Parking was not an issue and the location was close to places we wanted to visit. You can see the ocean from lost anywhere in the condo. Very short walk to the beach and the chair service provided was icing on the cake. We will definitely remember this place for our next trip.

Like a home away from home

Besides not knowing how to use the door lock (and feeling quite dumb for it!), we had a great stay. Very clean, nicely furnished, had everything we needed. The condo and everything in it was very well taken care of. Highly recommend.

Best Girls Vacation Ever

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this immaculately decorated condo, and I cannot recommend it enough. Every detail of the decor was thoughtfully chosen, creating an upscale cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The space was spotless upon arrival, reflecting the owners’ commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. From the well-appointed kitchen to the comfortable living spaces, everything was in perfect condition. Fantastic Property & Location

8 Day Stay in late July. Easy parking, pool and beach were great. We didn't use the grills but lots of folks did. 2 bedroom unit on 6th floor was easy steps during busy elevator times. Corner unit so fantastic balcony views. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Plenty of towels and hot water. Beds slept great. What else can you ask for??? Great time and would quickly book this unit again!

Perfect Condo

This is a top notch condo and owners. Had plenty of communication with the owners prior to our vacation and they were very responsive. This is hands down the best condo I have stayed in at Panama City Beach in this price range. The condo was very clean and comfortable with many upscale furniture pieces. The couch is getting a bit worn, but based on the quality of the rest of the furniture, I'm sure it will likely be replaced soon. The kitchen is well equipped and more extras than expected. Appliances in excellent shape and all worked well. The second bathroom is quite large unlike other condos we have stayed in. Owners have put some heart into this one to make sure that anyone who stays here has an enjoyable and relaxing time. Condo is on the 6th floor, an end unit, and private. Building has 3 elevators for the 22 story building (6 units per story). Only had a couple short waits on the busiest days. Building garage will fill up quickly in the evenings, but there is ample parking in the parking garage across the street with a skywalk over to the 3rd floor of the building. We had a great stay with zero issues. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

The condo was clean, well decorated and stocked. The owner even had some beach chairs but we brought our own. There was a small hiccup with the AC but the owner responded quickly and had it taken care of. The location was great and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and Walmart. If we had made it in time, the owner allowed early check in. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
