Luxury condo overlooking the gulf and,pool. Completely renovated #A339

New kitchen, upscale appliances, comfortable furniture and new flooring throughout. New mattresses, bedding and towels.The 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are also completely rennovated. Direct TV provided and streaming in all TVs. Beautiful beach front views from the Master Bedroom and balcony. Wonderful lake views from the living room balcony. The living room, dining room kitchen 1/2 bath and laundry room are all downstairs. The Master bed room, master bath, guest bedroom and guest bath are all located upstairs. Pinnacle port is a gorgeous 26 acre resort situated between lovely Powell lake and the Gulf and is great family destination. The lake offers kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, boating and other recreational activities. Four tennis/ pickleball courts, Bocce ball courts, volleyball and an awesome children's playground are all on the property. You are minutes away from Pier Park, 30A and other activities. You will not find a more beautiful beach or condo anywhere.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo is clean and comfortable. Its location is amazing as we were right on the beach. There’s ample space for everyone to sleep comfortably and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the owner. She is wonderful and always a text away if you need anything.

Awesome place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for our family. Great location, condo as pictured, clean, and comfortable! Beth was a great host, kindly and quickly responding to questions we had regarding our stay. She even provides beach chairs, an umbrella, and various beach toys! Would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great vacation spot

We had a wonderful time at Pinnacle Port. My only issue was having to get up at 5:30 am in order to get a good spot to set up on the beach. Those chair guys get out early!! I would recommend this unit... clean, great views and very convenient from the elevator.

Great Stay

Wonderful vacation

This property is exactly as listed and wonderful to stay in. Elizabeth was super nice and easy to work with. When we walked in, the condo smelled like lemon cleaning supplies and was immaculate! I could not be more pleased! We hope to stay in this condo again next year.

Pleasant Stay

Had a busy week of baseball but enjoyed the condo! The lake is an added amenity as my son fished every night. Condo was clean and had plenty of extras. Host was available for any questions we had and very helpful. The only negative would be the elevators. But, they were actually installing a new one so they would have 3. Highly recommend and served us well!

Amazing place!

The trip was amazing! My young girls (7 & 5 yrs old) loved it! So easy to go to the pool or the beach. Beth was an incredible host. Any time that I had a question, she was quick to respond with an answer. Extremely accommodating! I would highly recommend this place and especially Beth as a host! Thank you so much for letting us stay. :)

Great getaway

Great Condo!

This condo had all that we needed for a relaxing stay at the beach. The accommodations were great and there were a lot of extras that we enjoyed including beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys for the kids and a cooler! Also, it was easy to communicate with the owner if we had questions. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We really enjoyed a long weekend at Sandy Feet. The condo is nice and clean. Well equipped for a great time on the beach. We really appreciate check out at 11 am and would love to come back.

Great vacation

We had a great time staying here. The unit was clean and well-supplied. The convenience to the beach was unmatched. The beach was not too crowded, and the kids had room to play. The location was convenient to nearby restaurants and stores. This was a great place for our family to stay.

Great Place

We very much enjoyed staying at this family friendly condo. The property owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The condo was very nice and had a lot of stuff for guest use. We would definitely stay here again.
