Experience the vacation of your dreams in this bright condo on the beach. With floor-to-ceiling-windows throughout and a spacious balcony complete with lounge chairs, all ten guests will have no problem spreading out. The full kitchen sports brand new stainless steel appliances, marble countertop, and ample room to have multiple cooks tackle mealtimes! Pack a towel down to the shared pool area and make a day of soaking up the sun. The beach can be accessed adjacent to the pool area via a path leading directly to the sand! Everyone will surely be able to find the perfect day of activities here in Panama City!

Every guest will be able to find their own type of adventure in this centrally-located condo. For the shoppers of the group, an upgraded wardrobe is a short drive away at Pier Park! If spending a bit of time in nature is more your speed, rent a kayak and paddle around for a day in Camp Hellen State Park. For the kiddos, there are two great amusement parks nearby; Gulf World and Swampy Jack's Wongo Adventure! No need to venture far, as you can always take a stroll down the coast and discover your own favorite spots here in Panama City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

we visited July 2022, The condo was spacious, beautiful and the view was amazing. The only complaints I had was the strong mildew smell from time to time during our stay. Also the fact that the couch cushions had several stains, but I would definitely stay there again if the smell issue was rectified.

Okay place to stay

Location is great. The view is wonderful. The apartment was relatively clean. But there were some issues: 1. The floor was under renovation. It made us nervous as it was too dangerous for the toddlers. 2. There were not enough blankets and a few blankets there were too thin, like towels. 3. The parking garage fee was listed $25 (per car) at the time I reserved the apartment but when I arrived there the manager asked for $40. Neither the manager nor Vrbo took the responsibility of providing me wrong information. Take screenshots of everything when you make a reservation.

Great condo

The condo was spacious and clean. Perfect for our group of 9. The beach was so relaxing and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall good experience

The location and amenities were great. Beautiful views of the beaches. The only complaint is the cleanliness of the condo, especially the floors. If you walk barefooted, which most of the time we did (It is the beach), the bottoms of your feet were black.

Took a chance after reading bad reviews and won't do that again...

I think that once in awhile a bad review is posted that isn't fair to the owner or management. Does a bad review ever fall off? This is a nice condo but it has some issues that need attended to or it may not be profitable for the owner. I made my complaints to the front desk known. Hopefully they will be fixed.

Great experience!

We loved the condo and had an amazing trip. We were holding a pampered chef virtual conference and it worked out perfect. Our only issue/suggestion is ALL the mattresses need to be replaced or upgraded. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

What a view

We have stayed in this building before and really like it. I thought charging extra for parking was petty just add it to the overall cost. The floors needed cleaning and the lack of utensils was surprising. Not even a cookie sheet. The location and view are great. The condo is huge. Had a good time

Broken. Never Fixed. No Call Back.

We would not stay there again or would we recommend anyone. Broken toilet...took two separate calls and one visit but it was never fixed. Coffee Maker missing a piece...coffee spilled everywhere. They brought a piece thinking it would be the fix but it wasn't. We finally wen to the lobby and asked them to get us a new cheapie coffee maker. They did. Water Warm - the master sink only offered warm water...not ideal when brushing your teeth. Vendor Delivery - no one gave us the heads up that a vendor would be installing a glass top for the dining table. NO CALL BACK - last conversation I had I was assured that property manager would definitely call. He or she never did. We paid what they asked for. They didn't provide what they sold us. Yeah, we're not happy and they suck.
