Property it self is very nice and clean. Management company ECDI leaves alot to be desired. They gave us the wrong code at check-in. They couldn't supply us with the codes for the pool and Beach, Said they would contact us with the codes but never did..

Nice stay - some things to note

We enjoyed our stay and even the privacy that the 4 bedrooms and large balcony provided.Some things to note:Top bunk bed has a sign indicating no-one over 50lbs, which was a surprise.We didn't realize we needed to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags after the firsts ran out BUT there was a Wal-mart close so we were able to get them with little issue. (go to Wal-mart in the early morning as it gets busy)The location is nice and we really enjoyed the balcony and spotting dolphins.Trash compactor was right outside our door and was very convenient. (no smell)The 2 beach chairs were so very handy as well as the box of beach toys/supplies that is at the unit.Parking spot was TIGHT. We actually made an effort not to come and go in our vehicle very often b/c of it so be mindful of the size vehicle you bring.

Great unit

This unit comes with some nice perks. There is a Keurig coffeemaker and we got 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrellas which was great! The bathtub in the front Bedroom is a little slick and the toilet in the master bathroom runs unless you jiggle the handle. Also, the large skillet needs to be replaced. It is very worn and not good to cook in. The rest of the kitchen is well-equipped with a spice rack and lots of dishes, bowls, etc. We loved our time in this unit and hope to book it again sometime.

The room was great! Clean and just as described. Great location and had every thing we needed. Check in was kind of a mess. Overflow lot was full. No marked unloading areas, no carts available and BOTH elevators were down for hours. 11 people and on the 19th floor made for one sweaty irritating and long check-in. The checkin was smooth as far as the owners/hosts were concerned, had all info in advance everything was clear, but the property itself was just not the best design parking/unloading wise. 24 floors 2 elevators that are extremely weight sensitive with everyone checking in and out on Saturday JUST A BAD combo!

Great Condo

We absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, near restaurants, of course the beach, Walmart! We had a spectacular beachfront view and the location beachfront. Everything for the kitchen was all we needed. We loved having a bathroom with each bedroom, so we all had our own. The beds were also very comfortable. Only one small complaint and it was that the floors needed a good mopping, nothing that would stop us from coming back. The balcony was huge we just loved it!!

Heavenly family getaway!

This condo is beautiful-the HUGE balcony is absolutely wonderful for gathering and spending family time! The location is great-short walk down to the water and the most beautiful beach! The kids could walk out a very long ways and still touch! The chairs and umbrella at the beach side were great! The property manager was very responsive! The only trouble that we had was with regards to the parking spot for 1901 but that is because we drove our 12 passenger van and it couldn’t fit in the spot due to a pillar being in part of the spot and the lot across the street was usually full. We will definitely visit this beautiful condo again!

Best beach stay in PCB

We always enjoy ourselves at this condo! You can't beat the balcony and view. Beds were comfortable in every room we used. Any issues we had were addressed in a very timely manner. The updated elevators were amazingly fast! Everything you need is within walking distance of the condo. Dont waste your time looking any further and book this condo! You won't regret it!

There was a large bin outside the front door which had children’s sand toys and some beach equipment. We purchased a lovely high chair and left it in the unit for others to use . We enjoyed the pool and hot tool , both very clean !! This is a great unit and we would stay there again !!

The parking spot was extremely tight, do not drive up the ramp into the garage!! Go down the ramp when you first pull in and it is the first spot to the left all the way against the wall. Eventually you’ll get the hang of it but it is very tight getting in and out! That will not deter us from going back!!

Spring Break in PCB

We had a great week in this condo in PCB. It was myself and two kids along with some of their friends on Spring Break from college. The condo itself was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone. The only issue we had was at the beginning of the week, the beach chair rental didn't have the unit down for two sets of beach chairs but that should not be corrected for anyone renting the rest of the Summer. The location was close enough to Pineapple Willy's to walk down and get a drink but far enough away from the craziness. The parking spot for this unit is very tight and and at the end of a row. Backing in the car which was the only option to be able to get it the car back out was a challenge so we tried to move the car as little a possible.

Wasn’t to pleasant!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival depending on how many are checking in, it can be very hectic. If you’ve never checked in without actually checking in with a front desk it can be very confusing. However after check in was complete it wasn’t too bad. The elevators were a huge problem. In 7 days only one of two elevators worked. Made it inconvenient with long waits. Parking. Parking was horrible. With limited parking you can only have 1 vehicle actually on site with super tight space to get in and out. If you have a second vehicle oceanritz will give you a parking pass to park right across the street. However make sure your parking pass is super visible from the outside. We witnessed a vehicle that had a pass get towed. The owner of the vehicle came out while it was hooked up and they still made them pay even though it was their mistake for not seeing the pass. The room was actually nice with no complaints of the room. The view was amazing as well. However the staff that is available is a complete joke. I had two younger boys that left the pool and went to the room. With the boxes outside of the rooms with beach toys 1 of the boys went to a different room to check out a different box. Finding that the box was locked he proceeded to our room. Not long later one of the staff came to the room. Presenting a video stating before I could even speak saying that the owner wanted us evicted but since he lives 30 minutes away that this will be the last warning. Last, it was the first for something that really wasn’t a big deal. Even though I apologized multiple times he wanted to hear nothing I had to say. His last statement was that, that was the owners room when he came there and his personal stuff is locked in that box. Which I know is a lie because the owner doesn’t ever stay there. It’s very evident that they love to flex and threaten to evict people all the time. With the amount of money spent to the place you would think the would have staff that actually

Would Stay Again with a Few Conditions

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spacious condo is located right on the beach with wonderful views from the balcony. The 4 large bedrooms each accommodate guest with their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have balcony access which allows for beautiful morning views. However, the cleaning services are in need of improvement. When we arrived we noticed the unit was slightly dated which was not an issue. I’m sure tears of guests have caused the minor damages throughout. The place was not as clean as we had hoped. My daughter’s feet were black day 1 from walking through the unit. We went and bought a swifter. There was black dirt of some sort on the bathroom sinks that we had to wipe off. And lastly, the bedding was stained with a large yellow mark so we had to remove that. I’m not sure if we would stay again unless we had a large party. I would implore the owners/ rental company to check out the cleanliness of the unit after it’s been cleaned.

What a Blast!
