Family 4th of July Vacation

Great communication. Property exactly as described. Check-in was simple no issues at all, we will certainly be happy to return. Loved that it was on 7th floor so it wasn’t a terrible hike up the stairs when lines were long at elevator—totally expected for this time of year. Very happy with our stay!

Fantastic view, wonderful stay

We enjoyed staying at this 7th floor unit. Great view and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy! No real complaints about this unit itself. However, if you are staying at Splash Resort, prepare for long elevator wait times.

Spring Break 2025

We could not have picked a better place to stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities! The beds my goodness the bed were literally just as comfortable as my bed at home so made me feel more at home. The condo was clean. I fought with the washer and dryer but completely feel it was operator error Warren beach rentals were fantastic at communicating with any questions we had. We will definitely be booking with them again for this condo! A lot of people complain about the elevators but my family didn’t have an issue the whole time we were there and I’d say it was a decently busy time of year for us. Thank you Warren beach rentals for a great stay.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying! Property was wonderful, location was great! Everything was relatively clean, I’m just really picky about bathrooms and they could have been cleaner. There were hairs left all over the walk in shower and the top of the niche looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was sand and black dirt or mud left in the washer or dryer one which got on our clothes when I washed them. The fees on here for cleaning are not cheap, so you of course expect it to be clean when you get there. The king bed could have been a little more comfy then it was, but it wasn’t so terrible we couldn’t sleep. Overall, we had a great time, and we would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay at this condo. It was very clean and equipped with all the necessities. The sunsets were beautiful. It has easy access to shopping and restaurants. Great place.

First time in PCB

The condo and location were great…easy to navigate the area…nice beach. Loved the new coffee shop Was EXTREMELY disappointed by the fact that personal tents and beach chairs are permitted in front of rented chairs. The obstructed view of kids and water makes this a “deal breaker”.

Very nice condo with a lot more to desire!

The condo was very clean and the layout was very nice. Location is great and the splash pad for the kids is amazing. The downside are the elevators that every single person at this resort complains about. As far as the room itself goes, it is very very dated. The TVs are from the early 2000s. The TV in the living room had blown out speakers and the property manager said she would look into getting the TV replaced and never got back to us. The Fridge is very very old as well. The filter has not been changed probably ever so do not even try to drink water from it. Overall the room was decent, but the description of this room might be as outdated as the TVs that still have a VCR options on it!

Splash Vacation

Only complaint was the elevators during checking in and checking out. Having to wait for long periods of time. Elevators slow and not enough of them.

Do not go during Spring Break!

Definitely for little kids. Checkin was horrendous. Took over 30 minutes to find a cart to push over bridge to parking deck and then another 30 minute wait for an elevator 2 elevators per building for 21 floors Hot tub was always filled with 25 kids age 4+ Chairs on beach are claustrophobic and even more individual set up’s

Great vacation

Property was nice, room was clean and as described. Pool area is great for little kids. On the quiet end of town away from some of the hustle of pier Park so that was good for us. Only downfall is not enough elevators and can be a line during checkin and check out times and when people are coming off the beach.
