"Staff member that checked us in was very nice. Not a good breakfast and server did not greet us back or have a smile. Shower water flow was very low. Only one roll of toilet paper and it was very thin paper. Staff member that checked us out was very friendly."

"We absolutely love staying at Cactus Cove! The room was clean, comfortable, and the whole place is just so cute and welcoming. It’s also incredibly kid-friendly, which makes it a wonderful place for families. The heated pool is awesome, and the kids loved having a playground and the fun slide in the lobby. Breakfast with Carl the Dinosaur is such a wonderful addition — the kids really enjoyed it! The staff is wonderful and always so friendly. We also enjoyed the Western Horseman Bar & Restaurant, which was a great convenience during our stay. And of course, the kids loved the free fresh cookies at the front desk! There’s also a snack bar where you can purchase snacks and drinks, which is really handy. Overall, Cactus Cove is such a fun, family-friendly place to stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it to families with kids! 🦖🍪🏊♀️❤️ The kids can't wait to go back :)"
