"I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided during our recent stay. Due to an urgent request, I called at night to arrange some decorations for my mum’s 90th birthday. She has been a frequent guest and has celebrated her birthday at this hotel every year, and once again the team made it special. We had a small celeration at the business lounge too. A big thank you to Mr Fikri, who handled my request with great care and efficiency. I would also like to commend Mr. Vasu from the front desk for being extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Thumbs up. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful to be upgraded to a suite room. This hotel has truly become a second home to us, as we have been staying here since 2010, back in the Boulevard Hotel days. Highly recommended — I will definitely encourage my friends to stay here as well."

My request was taken care of. The hotel service was amazing. Everything is brand new. The hotel is very working hard towards sustainability which is great. Well done. "A wonderful experience! The young lady and the young man at the reception desk were super nice and welcoming. The young man who assisted us with our luggage, to sit at the cafe, and guided us to our taxi, was the final Grand Bangsar superb touch."

"Loved the room decoration, anmenities and space that came with my room. Bed was cosy and comfortable. Probably not recommended to venture out to the shops near the hotel. The hotel is linked to Bangsar LRT that is one stop away to Sentral or Eco-City/Mid Valley mall. "

"Room cleanliness is okay. There are spots where it's dusty but yet the important thing like the bed etc are all clean. The one thing that is slightly annoying lately is the fact that you can no longer keep the A/C ventilating the room while you're out as you need an actual key card from them. They will claim that there is insufficient card always."
