"A clean, well appointed room with a comfortable bed, very quiet. The staff is fantastic, especially the breakfast gals and David at the front desk. If you like breakfast, stay here. The variety of foods offered and the Lattes make it a top notch place! Only thing missing for us was bathroom ventilation but the windows sufficed. Close to the train station, yet we didn't hear a single train. Great location to then easily hop on a train to Florence. Several restaurant options within walking distance. Would stay here again!"

"The hotel was in a perfect location & very well maintained. The room was very comfortable, quiet, great bed. The hotel arranged for out water taxi from the airport & to the train station when we departed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Nice variety, very well prepared, breakfast area was quite attractive. The desk personnel were fantastic! Very friendly, incredibly helpful, & really focused on ensuring that your stay was perfect. We will miss the hotel as much as Venice itself!"

"Small but nice room. Bed not comfortable so ask for mattress cover. We had breakfast and it was good but the staff was not quick in providing coffee. Sélection was good. Neighbourhood was fantastic and away from major tourist but still close. 10 minute from the train station. Restaurants in the neighborhood some of the best we are at in Venice."

"This is a great hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, in a convenient location in Venice, right on the Piazzale Roma. Just steps from where our van transport dropped us off and just steps to catch the Airport Bus the next morning. A great breakfast too! Would definitely stay there again when in Venice!"

"I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to get around Venice by public transport. Located just a short walk to the Vaporetto Tronchetto Car Park stop, along with the ACTV ticket store to purchase your 1,2 or 3 day passes which was very useful. The hotel itself was very nice and room was just about right considering you spend most of your time out. Breakfast was good with a small selection of hot food and lots of pastries, and plenty of coffee machines for breakfast. The staff here were very helpful, we arrived at 1am and they were super helpful and provided all the information we needed. Would highly recommend."
