Beautiful property! There was a little garden area in the back that we would relax at after being exhausted on our feet, was lovely. Staff were super helpful, gave great recommendations. Only thing to be aware of is that it’s next to a school, so the school time pedestrian traffic can be quite loud. But definitely would stay here again.

The property was a wonderful place to stay. It was a very easy process to check in, any questions we had they were right on it. The staff was extremely wonderful to work with and most helpful. We slept very comfortable. Would recommend especially if you plan to stay a few days.

Our favourite place out of the entire two weeks we were travelling around Italy! Excellent room and staff service was great, (thank you Massimo), very spacious and everything was new! Felt really safe around the area but the location might add an extra 10 min walk from the main Venice attractions compared to if you were to stay closer to the San Marco area. 10/10 would recommend.

It was a great experience staying at the hotel. The AC worked very well during the heat wave. The hotel is located in a more quiet but unique area. We would highly recommend if anyone plans to go to Venice.

We had an amazing stay here. The place was very clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It had everything you could need when travelling with a family, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, and clothes-drying rack. The property is located in a quieter, less crowded area, while still being relatively close to all the main tourist attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to families and other travellers.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very kind, helpful, and happy to assist us with anything we needed. The family suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious, for our family of 5. Having a a washing machine was very convenient. It was nice to stay in the charming and quiet Dorsoduri district, but also a nice walk and boat ride when we wanted to get to the center.

Hotel is very modern and clean with updated facilities situated in the perfect location away from the crowds but not too far (20-30 mins walk) from the city center. Room is bright with ample towels and supplies. Our only minor problem is the hot water not being too hot. But that’s not a showstopper at all. Communication with the hotel management ahead of check in is proactive with location and check-in instructions clearly laid out. We would stay here again.
