We only stayed one night at the Hotel Sarah Nui, and although it was old and the furnishings were old and mismatched, the room and bathroom were extremely clean which is what is important to us. The shower was great - plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Very nice staff who allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours and called us a taxi. The hotel is nice for a one or two night stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me a couple of times with a taxi, recommended a place to eat and also had a bowl and spoon I could use for my breakfast. The hotel isn’t anything fancy but it’s clean, quiet, and safe. It’s walking to downtown and convenient.

The staff at Sarah Nui were super helpful, and amazing in organising taxis etc, The hotel badly needs renovation and deeper cleaning. My partner sat on the couches in the lobby for half an hour and it left a deep dirt stain on his shirt. You get what you pay for - we simply needed a place to store bags and reset before our 3am flight, but it was an experience that made us grateful for what we get for the same price in Australia.

Basic.Old building, tiny elevator, oddly shaped room. stayed here because you can walk to the ferry. you can also walk to the Papeete market which is cool. area immediately around hotel is rundown industrial canal area. whatever. sleep and leave.

This is the perfect room for a lovely stay downtown. It is not too far from restaurants or the pier. It is a very clean room and the staff are excellent. The hotel itself is a bit run down, but it has a San Francisco charm and the room itself is comfortable.
