A nice family friendly place. Great pool, nice bar, pharmacy and kiosk for small shopping on premices. Pleasant and polite staff. Not a top-level 5-star hotel, but a very solid experience for the price. Highly recommended for mid-end chill vacation.

Excellent place to base ourselves. Only let down by unpleasant permanent residents and the appartment was very spacious but tired with a few minor maintenance issues. Pool area was great, plenty of space and didn't seem to get busy at any time during our stay.

Very spacious appartments with the essentials. Good-sized fridge and the washing machine was useful. Great pools, even though a bit of unnecessary pool-lounge-reservation going on. We did enjoy our stay - the location is not very central- luckily we had a car (plenty of parking available). The recommendations from the staff for restaurants were great.

Nice clean spacious apartment overlooking the sea. Central location with 15 min walk to harbour & all amenities. Didn’t use the facilities but the pool, cafe etc looked very nice. Highly recommend.

We stayed a week as a group of 20+, across a bungalow, penthouse, and 3-bed property — a good cross-section of the resort. The Bungalow was exceptional. Service here stood out, and if budget allows, the roughly £700 premium is worth it. Note it requires a €740 refundable deposit, not mentioned at booking. Amenities were great for self-catering, and pre-stay booking communication was smooth and professional. Unfortunately, housekeeping for the penthouse (3 days/week) let the stay down. Cleaning staff were rude and made no accommodation for our 10-week-old baby — a request to adjust timing was dismissed as she "had to eat lunch," with no alternative offered. To their credit, reception was sympathetic once raised, and the manager agreed to a full day's refund plus a courtesy late checkout, which we appreciated. Smaller points: pool towels need a €10 deposit, and swapping for a clean one costs €1 (except in the bungalow). During our stay (Sept 2026), the penthouse aircon was inconsistent, and the bungalow's private pool was unheated with non-working jets. Overall: real strengths, especially the bungalow and amenities, let down by inconsistent housekeeping elsewhere. Management's response was fair and reassuring.

The accommodation photos suggest a hotel vibe. The place is tightly packed apartments around the pool. Great for families if you don't mind the noise from neighbours. Very clean, well maintained but it is a "complex" which seems to include residential and holiday let's. There is very little to do in the immediate vicinity but there is a restaurant on site. For families it's fine. For business travellers (which was listed as great) I would say it's not great. Pool closes in the evening. I would also say that the nearby building works are a loud problem at the moment.

We needed an early check in as our flight landed in the early hours and we had booked the night before. However we still had to wait for reception to open at 8am. The room was fine and to be honest it was spotless. No complaints about the room and accommodation overall. The restaurant served delicious food and the service was great. Main reason for the low mark was that there were very noisy people staying above. They were running up and down and making a lot of noise all through the night until 5am!! Just very inconsiderate guests.

Well equipped apartment , modern kitchen , smart TV, balcony with chairs & table, washing machine . Able to cook meals for ourselves. Apartment cleaned twice during our stay. Reception very helpful. Outdoor Pool lovely - warm enough to swim. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas though some a little tatty . There is also an indoor pool and sauna but didn’t find the time to use those. The location is in a slightly run down part of Paphos about 25 minutes walk to seafront. Quite a lot of empty dilapidated buildings covered in graffiti on the walk so didn’t feel comfortable walking back to Elysia Park from the touristy waterfront area at night. However, Lots of free parking around Paphos so easy to visit the sights if you have a hire car. Overall we had a pleasant quiet stay in a nicely decorated clean apartment with an excellent pool.
