The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly unfortunately we have been there several times before and you could always go to the Atlantis Casino right to the next driveway which was no longer available so we had to walk a mile or take a taxi to go to and from the casino. The food was good. The service waitress and staff was excellent very friendly specialty restaurants were also excellent.

The property was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and the drinks were really good. We loved the easy access to the beach and there were often taxis readily available whenever we didnt want to drive! Would definitely recommend.

The all inclusive thing was really nice. The staff are very accommodating to all your needs. It was my birthday and they put a really nice cake in my room to return to. The meals were top notch and overall I had a fun and relaxing time. No complaints only wished they would have given us a short rundown or tour of the facility but other than that, it was perfect.

Great value for the money. Buffet food was great; many different options and the restaurants were good too. A little tricky getting reservations the first 2 nights (but had read this in a review prior to booking) so we ate at the buffet, which worked fine. Also, we had 3 rooms (6 people) so we had to book the restaurants while together as we weren’t able to book for our family. Everything was very clean, including the beach and the staff was great. The pool trivia was lots of fun. The nightly entertainment was good too. Would definitely go back!

It’s a great option if you are looking for an all inclusive because food outside is expensive. They have a great beach area as well. Food was good - a lot of options, but the best part were their desserts. In regards to the rooms, they are a bit small especially if you have stayed in other Riu hotels, but they were clean and had everything you made need.
