"Cannot rate this high enough, lovely staff, great rooms and awesome breakfast."

"Very clean, and enjoyable stay."

"Fabulously friendly and helpful hosts. The room was comfortable and clean and the bed was very comfy too. A lovely balcony to sit at in the evening afforded us a great view out to the sea. Breakfast was well executed and staff were all friendly. The property is well located - just a short drive into town. I would definitely stay here again if I wax to return to Knysna. "

"Incredible boutique experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty. Every attention to detail. A wonderful afternoon tea followed by happy hour. Beautiful room, incredibly clean, stunning views. Highly, highly recommend staying here on your Garden Route drive! Thanks again to the wonderful Team!"

"Good secure parking, nice recently renovated rooms, proper breakfast and a nice small plunge pool"

"The place is Okay for people on transit. The price was reasonable, especially that they do serve breakfast."

"We had a really pleasant stay at the Overmeer guesthouse. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around. We felt well taken care of and would happily stay here again."

"Amazing place to stay with amazing hosts. Close enough to walk to the CBD if you are prepared and brave enough to conquer/tackle the uphill on the way back. For me it was perfect preparation to running the Knysna Forest Marathon. The room has everything one requires and more: WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, kettle, heater, shower and small touches such as OBS and snacks on arrival as well as a torch in case of a power failure or emergency. The fact that DSTV was not available in the room itself,...

"Great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Great choice at breakfast"

"Spotless room, wonderful hospitality and AMAZING breakfast with a view. Loved our stay!"

"This hotel was incredible. The location is excellent, the hotel itself is quite interesting and there are many places to explore, the food and drink were excellent - as were the staff who provided them, the room was remarkable. This is a must-stay hotel if you are considering staying in the area. I would return in a heartbeat if travels bring me there - and I would bring as many as I could."

"Very close to local shops, short drive to the waterfront"

"The property is beautiful, surrounding mountains, spacious luxurious room, comfortable bed, good food."

"Been to Knysna now on many times, stayed in various types of accommodation within the town, very impressed with this hotel, ideal for walking around town, the marina and it's location is great, ideal for walking to many of the towns restaurants' and bars. Would certainly recommend this hotel. Staff were really helpful, breakfast was fine although there are many cafe's around the hotel should one want any alternative breakfast, although what we had was fine."
