"When I rang the doorbell it took awhile before letting us in and it’s hot to be outside the building with all our luggages. Staff is rude when I rang couple of times then when I ask for assistance in checking in from the phone inside the building, staff is rude there’s no customer service in their part and you can hear them their office is just beside the phone booth. "The location is absolutely fantastic! The slow WiFi speed was probably the biggest drawback since I needed to get some work done. Otherwise all the appliances and amenities worked well. So if slow WiFi isn’t an issue for you then this location should work nicely!"
