Located in rue du Roule, near the famous rue de Rivoli and a few steps away from the Louvre Museum, this 50 sqm apartment benefits from an exclusive location, in the heart of Paris, as close as possible to the cultural activity of Paris.

On the third floor, without elevator, this amazing 2 bedroom is everything you are looking for a nice Parisian guet-away.

Opening onto a luminous living-room composed of a cosy sitting area, a large and fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, it also benefits from a confortable sofa-bed.
This flat can comfortably accomodate up to 6 people.

The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen-Size bed with a high quality mattress to ensure a great night of sleep, the bathroom is ensuite and equipped with a shower and separated toilets.
The second bedroom has a double bed.

Estancia cerca del metro, camas muy cómodas, lugar muy limpio. Volvería sin pensarlo. Sugerencia: Colocar los estantes que se encuentran al lado de la TV más arriba para que cuando se extienda el sofá-cama se pueda pasar al baño y a la cocina, ya que de la forma en que se encuentra bloquea el acceso. Saludos.

Nice location. Serious steps. Was a bit funky to find keys. No instructions on washer (no dryer), TV, etc. Would have been nice. Place was comfortable and I would consider it again if coming to the area.

Best used in cool weather. The unit was clean and beds comfortable. The freezer was in overdrive, resembling something from the planet Hoth. It took 2 days to defrost. Good showers. Good neighborhood in terms of having lots of boulangeries, bistros on the block, and in terms to walkable routes to Notre Dame and other sites. Tough neighborhood if you don't like noise. The local bistros are very loud until midnight and there is a bar across the street that doesnt get quiet until 5 am, at which time the morning noise starts in. With windows shut, curtains drawn and ear plugs in, it's possible to get quiet enough to sleep - if it isn't too hot. If you need windows open on a warm night, forget about sleep. The living room and master bedroom had essentially bare-bulb lights which could be made nicer. And this is a 3rd floor unit in a building built in 1800. The reno was done very nicely, but it's still 65 steps up a circular stair - tough if you have luggage.

I highly recommend the place, it’s well situated in Paris close to every things as mentioned in their description. The only think is the stairs going up to the apartment level three BUT it was also mentioned in the description so I’m not complaining but it was hard for me to go up (I’m 68 years old)In Paris third floor is actually four level ( street level and level one, two, three ….)

Lively location for visiting Paris

The apartment was lovely and great for our family to explore Paris! The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms and kitchen were all very nice as well. Everything you need is within easy walking distance (delicious fruit market, boulangerie, and amazing pizza place all less than a two minute walk!). The metro station, great shopping, Notre Dame, and the Louvre are all easy to walk to, so a great base for anyone wishing to visit Paris.We were there when there was an extreme heat wave, and so needed to sleep with the windows open. There was a lively bar just across the street from the apartment with pretty loud revelers until the very early hours of the morning. We used our phones for white noise and this mostly drowned out the noise, but just something to be aware of. The apartment had plenty of fans which helped combat the heat.I would definitely stay here again!

Great Paris Apartment

This apartment is in a wonderful location! There was plenty of space and it was just as described in the listing. The apartment was clean and easy to access with the directions provided. The listing manager reached out multiple times and was available if needed. As clearly stated, it is up multiple sets of narrow stairs without an elevator, but this was not an issue for anyone in our party. There was some construction on the street that made it a bit noisy during the daytime, and there is a bar with a robust nighttime crowd, but I feel this is to be expected when you stay in the city. Noise was easily blocked out with the windows closed. Multiple fans were provided. Beds were very comfortable. It is on a quiet side street with very little vehicle traffic and awesome neighborhood restaurants. We loved this apartment and would love to return!

Fantastic flat. Beds very comfortable and enjoyed the towel heaters.Centrally located, within walking distance of the Louvre, Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower. Best of all, for being in the heart of Paris, it was quiet at night.
