In the heart of the 11ᵉ arrondissement of Paris, this cosy, sunny 31 m² apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Paris. Sleeping up to 2 people, it's ideal for a couple.  

Recently renovated, it's close to Place de la République (10min walk), Bastille (20min), Canal Saint-Martin and the Marais. Numerous shops (supermarket opposite), bars and trendy restaurants nearby.

## Logement
Located on the 4ᵉ floor without elevator, the freshly renovated apartment comprises:
- a bedroom with a double bed and workspace,
- a bathroom with toilet, sink, washing machine and shower,
- a fully equipped kitchen,
- and a living room with a convertible extra sofa.  

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness. The bedroom faces north on the courtyard side, while the living room faces south on Rue Oberkampf.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Dolce Gusto coffee machine, TV with access to Prime and Netflix via PS4, Wifi, fan and work desk with screen.  

The apartment is close to the "Parmentier" and "Oberkampf" metro stations. A U Express and Drive supermarket is just a 1-minute walk away (opposite the building). In addition, numerous shops (delicatessens, bakeries, pharmacies), restaurants and bars are less than 5 minutes' walk away in and around the street.

## Emplacement
Located in eastern Paris, the Oberkampf district is very close to the Marais district. It's known for its festive, young and cosmopolitan atmosphere. It's packed with cafés, restaurants, concert halls and nightclubs, especially in the lively Rue Oberkampf, Rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud and Rue Parmentier.  
Not to be missed are the retro ambience of Café Charbon (1863), the legendary Nouveau Casino concert hall, and the rooftop Perchoir Ménilmontant offering panoramic views over the rooftops of Paris. Rue Oberkampf is also dotted with unusual passages, such as Cité du Figuier, Cité Griset, Cité de l'Industrie and Cité Durmar. A stone's throw away is the Atelier des Lumières, with its spectacular immersive exhibitions.
