A sunny one-bedroom apartment with a South-facing balcony in a central yet residential neighbourhood, on the doorstep of the Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro.
LIVING/DINING
The joint living and dining area is incredibly bright due to the large glass sliding doors, which lead onto the balcony with flowers and potted plants. The seating area offers two sofas and two arm chairs around a wooden coffee table and a flat screen TV in the corner by the mirrored wall. The second half of the room is occupied by the dining table, which comfortably sits up to six people.
KITCHEN
Separate and fully equipped, the kitchen is accessible via the living room. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer, an oven/microwave combo, an electric hob, a fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and general furniture and a Nespresso machine, to name a few. There is also a big window and an informal breakfast bar on the side.
BEDROOM
The bedroom boasts a super-king-size bed, a chest of drawers, an occasional chair. The large window basks the room in natural light, whilst the mirrored-built-in wardrobe directly opposite, amplifies this effect.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower, a bidet, a double-sink basin, storage space and shelving and a large mirror. Please note that the toilet is separate.

The pièce de résistance of this lovely apartment is the South-facing balcony, accessible through the sliding glass doors of the living room.
