A strong character for this beautiful two bedroom apartment with two shower rooms on the second floor with elevator starting from the 1st floor, facing the Square du Temple. Beautiful view, beautiful light:

Wonderful location and design

The apartment is well designed and very comfortable for 3-4 people. The location in marais was central with a grocery store nearby and metro connections, making for a great home base. The check in process was also easy. Would gladly stay here again!

Good value

Perfect for an active family that just needs a base location. We had six people, 2adults and 4kids. Beds were great, nice set up with two queen beds and a pull out, full kitchen, one toilet with two separate showers. Very accommodating with early check in and wasn’t difficult to find. They do a weird check in where they reject your payment through VRBO and make you pay through a separate payment system and pay the hold fee. It’s legit and aren’t stealing info but just beware. We basically slept there and never just lounged in the room, it may feel a bit tight if you spend much more time with six people than coming and going. Total of six nights and lots of options for commuting.

Excellent Location

This was an excellent location for us four girlfriends with intentions of shopping and light sightseeing, while staying in a neighborhood not hotel chain. We had all been to Paris previously, and all said that we would stay at this location again. We are across from rare greenspace, and also walkable to the train and many excellent shops and cafes.Overall, the place was clean and welcoming. Both bedrooms were good sized and had good closet space compared to others. The beds and linens were in good condition. The common space was large and comfortable as well. As stated in the description, but worth commenting: 1) the limited lift that starts on the second floor for those who may struggle to carry their bags up an old flight of stairs; 2) there is one toilet room and two separate shower rooms, all that open to the apartment's common space; 3) at check in, a charge is placed on your card. Ours was returned promptly. I will add that common supplies (soap, toilet paper, dish towels) are provided but limited. Cooking supplies such as pans are adequate, but there are no coffees or teas or even salt and pepper provided. This was not a problem for us, but just so people are aware. We recommend!

Lovely apartment in an excellent location

We loved staying in this apartment. The check-in process was on time and we were clearly shown how It all worked. The kitchen had all the basic utensils to cook a meal. No consumables were provided so either buy their cleaning/toiletries package or be prepared to buy all of your cleaning supplies. No sugar, coffee or bath soap provided. It was hot in Paris when we were there but the fans provided were enough to cool us down at night. The bathrooms are the tiniest I have ever seen but they work really well. The showers themselves are a good size. The separate toilet makes the world of a difference when having four people. The location of this apartment is fantastic. It is close to a wide range of places to eat and shops. There is a good supermarket a block away and several food shops nearby. The apartment is a block away from one subway line and less than 3 from another line. If you have any mobility problems, the stairs getting to the apartment are a bit tricky as the staircase is a little narrow. Carrying suitcases can be tricky. The stairs were not a problem for us. Overall, a great apartment to rent. Just be aware that there is a euro 1,500 security deposit. I think I only became aware of it after I made the booking.

Great location

The apartment was very attractive with a good kitchen, dining area and living room - well furnished. The location was excellent for walking to many sights as well as convenient Metro access. The beds - both queen appeared new and very comfortable. The entrance access was good, but the stairwell (so old!) was steep, narrow and tall. The second floor elevator - as advertised - wasn't working on arrival. we were hesitant to trust it and walked the two flights for the week. Manageable , but a challenge with suitcases. The other features still made this a good choice. The 2 shower/sink rooms are very tight, but well done. One toilet room. All these are accessed from the common hall. The apartment sits over a really good Italian restaurant! All amenities are close.

Leuk appartement op prima locatie

Alles was prima verzorgd: schoon, ruime kamers met fijne bedden. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, badkamers zijn klein, maar het zijn er wel twee. De locatie is top. Aan de rand van de Marais, drie metrostations op loopafstand.

Mother/daughter

My mother and I traveled to Paris to visit my daughter who lives in Paris. The communication through out the process was smooth. Due to a significant storm in the states our arrival was altered. Although the apartment was not ready, we were able to leave our luggage while it was been cleaning. This was MUCH appreciated. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well appointed. My only small surprise was there was a set of stairs before the elevator. Not a deal breaker. My mother is in her 70s, yet she managed with no issues. Great stay, great communication and would definitely recommend. Thank you

Zentrale, tolle Lage

Das Objekt liegt super zentral. Die siebter hat immer schnell per Mail geantwortet. Nur der Check in war nervig, da wir über eine Stunde auf den Schlüssel warten mussten, obwohl wir uns rechtzeitig angemeldet hatten. Passiert bestimmt nicht wieder.
