Welcome to my studio!

Elegantly furnished and tastefully decorated, this beautiful studio is within walking distance of Marais and various attractions in Paris!

This studio comes with an open floor plan. Although there’s no living area, you may relax on the queen bed, which faces a flat-screen cable TV. The bed will be made upon arrival, and complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided. If you fancy staying in, there’s also a dining area opposite the bed where you can eat your meals with loved ones!

The kitchenette is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a leisurely breakfast, including a stove, a microwave oven, and a toaster.

The bathroom consists of all the essentials you’ll need, such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The 3rd arrondissement of Paris is home to 18th-century buildings. In this district, we will find the famous Marais, a trendy and historical district which recalls the Parisian past and whose streets are appreciated for their beauty and charm. During the night or even the day, you can find a lot of bars/terraces and tasty restaurants!

This district has many museums, such as the Picasso Museum, Carnavalet Museum, Arts and Crafts Museum, Hunting and Nature Museum and the Museum of History and Art of Judaism.

In the heart of the 3rd, there are also beautiful, quiet and pleasant gardens to enjoy a French pastry, like the Anne Frank Garden, the Garden of the National Archives, the Square Georges Caïn, and the Square Saint-Gilles-du-Grand-Veneur.

Ideal neighbourhood for shopping with many young fashion designers.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Filles du Calvaire Metro (Line 8) - just 2 mins away on foot. There's also the Saint-Sébastien Froissart Metro (Line 8) just 4 mins away. From both of these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris!

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 35 mins drive from the flat.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
