What a wonderful hotel. Clean, close to the Metro Wagram station, comfortable beds, and lovely staff! I so enjoyed staying in a neighborhood and really experiencing Paris.

Hotel Mercedes did not disappoint - fantastic location conveniently located on a corner with bakery, bistro, grocery store and pharmacy. Metro is 2 minute walk and many restaurants in the area a short walk away. The room with pullout couch worked perfectly for our family if 4! Many of the tourist attractions throughout Paris are only a 20 minute Metro ride away. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend and stay here again!

My son and I had a lovely short stay at Hotel Mercedes. The room was a good size, the bed was large and comfortable, soft fluffy towels. There was a good selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The area was nice and quiet away from the tourist hot spots but still had a supermarket, chocolatier, bistros, parc Monceau and the Arc de Triomphe a short walk away. Most other tourist spots were about 20-30mins away on the Metro/RER. I would stay again.

La chambre était petite comme souvent à Paris mais située au Rdch, mal insonorisée par rapport aux bruits extérieurs mais aussi exterieurs Elle bénéficiait d'uns salle d'eau située un demi étage plus haut accessible par un escalier raide, mal éclairé et sans main courante ou garde corps.

Chambre extrêmement petite. C'est Paris, mais il serait utile d'en aviser les clients sur le site. Draps de bain élimés et vieux. Cafetière chambre hors d'âge et pleine de calcaire. Probablement pas nettoyée depuis longtemps. Pas recommandé pour séjour de plus d'une nuit. Idéal solo. Décevant pour un label bestwestern.

Hôtel très bien situé (métro, commerces, restaurants), personnel attentionné, propreté impeccable. Dans les étages supérieurs, l'étroitesse de la chambre est compensée par le calme en raison de l'éloignement de la rue. Parfait pour un séjour d'affaires.
