The property was immaculate and the breakfast excellent. The location is good. We were in the basement and the hallways were dingy and not so clean. Our room was very quiet in a busy city and well looked after. We thought the staff was friendly but not as much as the reviews stated. Overall we would recommend the hotel. Good value.

The location is absolutely perfect especially for all key museums and historic sites. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Even mailed our postcards. Breakfast was convenient and nice. We were put in a room on tge lower level near laundry. The hallway was dark until you stepped out into it. We were two ladies and felt unsafe. Also had two order a cab 2 days ahead. Luckily we had a uber app.room was clean and had a great breakfast buffet.
