Located rue des Rosiers, the central district of Paris where life is good, good restaurants, brasseries, fashion stores and museums. Completely renovated and decorated with charm and authenticity. It will seduce you with its beautiful volume, 45 M2, the charm of the exposed stones, the quality of the materials and its impeccable cleanliness. On the 2nd floor of a well maintained building, 4 levels, no elevator. Very bright, double exposure and double glazing. Fully furnished, arranged. Ideal for a romantic getaway or with friends. Linen and bathroom linen available to travellers. Apartment entrusted to a professional for cleaning between each occupant. For hot periods, an air cooler will be made available to you to spend pleasant nights.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Great neighborhood full of shops and restaurants. Close to many of the must see sights in Paris. Second floor apartment so not too many stairs. Lots of windows and overlooking picturesque Rue des Rosiers. Host was very easy to reach and answers questions promptly. Check in was easy. We only stayed for three nights but would be great for longer stays. Highly recommend.

Host slow to respond to messages, did not provide access information in timely fashion causing hours of waiting around before getting into unit! Location is great for shopping/dining, laundry does not have dryer. No a/c (more like a fan provided). Can be loud if windows open at night.

Great coffee and restaurants nearby.We had travelled for a couple of days from Australia arriving early morning, Sally graciously met us and allowed us to put our cases in early.In summary highly recommended.

We so enjoyed our week in Paris staying at “Marais Magic!” The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It’s in such a great location. Ines was very helpful and responsive. We hope to return again very soon!

Le Marais is an amazing location (shops, restaurants, beautiful streets to walk). The apartment is spacious, nice and spotless. The bathroom is an excellent size. The only thing I would improve would be the size of the main bed and the pillows, which are uncomfortable. Ines is a hostess who is always accessible and ready to assist her guests. 100% recommended!Send

Clean, efficient space with a lot of Parisian charm. Ines was kind to accommodate our early check in request though did charge a fee. It wasn’t unreasonable and we were happy to have a place for our travel weary family to rest before heading out to explore.

A wonderful stay in Marais

It was the perfect place for my mom and I to stay during our time in Paris. The apartment is lovely; clean, charming + comfortable, and so quiet at night. It is perfectly located, so many great shops and cafes nearby, and close to the Metro/taxis to get to other areas easily. The hosts were incredibly welcoming + kind throughout our stay. We are so grateful for their kindness and our special time in their beautiful property.

Fabulous location and absolutely beautiful and spotless apartment

Our stay was excellent. It is a great location. Close to lovely shops and lots of restaurants. We spent lots of time just walking around the Le Marais district. Also close to all the highlights of Paris, including a short metro to Montmartre. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris

Wonderfully Peaceful!

Clean, bright and comfortable apartment in the heart of the Marais! Amazingly quiet at night - you don’t even realize you’re in the city. Kitchen has everything you need - really rare to have windows on both sides - adds a lot of light and air. Already planning our return!

Great Stay in Marais

This is a wonderful location in the Marais. Close to the metro, wonderful restaurants and shops. Easy to get anywhere in Paris, and very accessible also to a taxi stand. The listing is exactly as shown and the property manager was very accommodating and responded very quickly.
